I'm very late to the whole shifting thing, but i absolutely LOVE the aesthetic script journal!
I spent a ton of time doing research and scripting today, and I'm going to start attempting to shift, having a script journal seems like such a cool idea!

I script into this Harry Potter journal I got a few years ago
your intro is so cute! the video is really relaxing. do u use a method for shifting?
i have another question, if you write like "when I arrive my eyes will automatically open or I will smell cinnamon" into your script, does that really work? because I have tried to shift a few times but have not shifted realities yet so I don't know if that stuff also works. ^^

Not really it’s just for the aesthetic, and because that is where Harry potter’s hogwarts journey all started ❤️

I like going for the drama and the relationships, plus, I grew up reading Harry Potter and dreaming of magic in that world

Do I have to shift at night or anytime?
you can shift at any time but it is best to shift at night so you are not distracted and if you use a sleep method you will be more tired but it really doesn't matter!
I know I’m kinda late but you can literally shift at any time that you would like to, personally for me I prefer doing it at night since I feel more sleepy but you can do it in the morning, in the middle of the day, at night or literally at any other time of the day. you can shift whenever you would like to.
