You're awesome, I came here because I had a septorhinoplasty done to fix my nasal septum but years later I found out the septum is still severely deviated. The doctor says that bone and cartilage have "memory" and they tend to go back to their original place, yet, they recommend another surgery. I wonder what the real cause of my deviation is, because some people say that cranial alignment is a mirror of your body's alignment. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it, blessings

The scrotum has many layers, and the testicle itself can move around fairly freely (on each side) because of a separation between layers. Have a read about the tunica vaginalis.

I thought there was something wrong with me. One day my left nostril will be open really good and then next my right one will be open really well, but ussually one nostril is more closed and sonetimes 90% clogged. Again thank you Professor!
Can I have a correct nasal swab for virus testing if I have a deviated septum? When I put my finger in my right nostril it is clear and smooth. In the left nostril I can breath well enough through it but there is a bone protruding through which doesn't exist in the right nostril.
@@SamWebster also the pulp spaces because I'm confused in one thing when I did Palmer aponeurosis and that was about its base As we know that Palmer aponeurosis extends from the flexor retinaculum and goes to the fingers upward and has two laminas one is superficial and other is deep The superficial lamina connects to the skin of the palm and the deep lamina gives four slips ,each slip further divides into two bands and one goes superficial and other goes deep to the root of the finger and the deep band gives further two slips that diverge around the fingers and finally merge into the flexor sheets of the finger and deep transverse ligaments along with the capsule between the heads of metacarpel and the proximal phalanx So I wanted to know how this all process happens on the model of the palm and at what point does these slips merge into the flexor sheets of the fingers
Hi Sam, I use to regularly touch my nose till the soft nose cartilage seemed to disappear. I’m worried if I damaged my nose, but the nose shape has not changed. There is a little bit of soft cartilage left, I want to ask you if this soft cartilage will grow back, and if yes how long?
