Hey Nico respect to your Father for putting that much effort and passion into turning making you one of the best F1 drivers ever, and of course respect to you for paying him back with the World Championship Trophy.
can you ask you father keke tell us some storyies about his f1 career ,like a q&a or something . i remember my dad telling me ,i dont know in what year at the monaco gp keke was so tired from changing the gears that he couldnt lift the trophy up (it kinda impressed me how hard and more dangerous f1 used to be)
This has really been his entire life. I feel nico wants to be there for his kids the way his dad was there in this video and if he continues tomrace and be on the road and away from home all most the hole year and his kids may never get into racing. Think of hus retirement as an investment in another generation of the Rosbergs being on the F1 grid👍
What a wonderful caring father to work with you like that. His legacy was passed on as shown by the your love and dedication for your own children. Great video, thanks for sharing.
I'm so happy how keke take care of nico. After training, keke help nico pull nico glove and helmet. He also help to unzip nico race suit. I just love it. =)
If you think it was hard for Nico to succeed in the racing world having all the karts his father could afford, having your own track at home and expert advise from a wolrd champion. Imagine how hard it must be for kids that their parents work extra hard to afford one kart and pay to rent a track for the kid to do his runs and practice. Kudos to Nico and a round of applause to all that even struggling financially win because of their raw talent. And their parents for the awesome dedication, even without knowing if it will payoff.
Most people don't realise the work and dedication needed to be a succesful racing driver. I myself am a driver, you start doing karting at a very young age, and as you progress it starts becoming your entire life, racing week in week out, with nothing on your mind than to get the best result possible. You train every day to achieve your goal, missing in school a lot of times even, putting everything aside just for this. Some are lucky enough to make a career out of it, for some like me one day you get to a level were you need a lot of money to progress further. Wich most of us don't have. Then you are left with nothing. No education, no future prospects. You only know how to be a racing driver because from the age of 6 that's all that you have done. Looking at this just takes me back to the karting days, I'm very sad I couldn't achieve my goal of becoming a full time racing driver just because of money. And there tens if not hundreds other like me. I'm happy that you have achieved your goal. And I totally understand why you stoped, it's the only sensible thing to do for you as you know have a family. Grüsse von Frankreich Nico, ich hoffe das du alle deine nächste Ziele schaffst!
Marvelous video you shared, Nico. And even more happy to see what probably inspired you to make Rosberg Racing team so that new talents could get this chance you got from your father. That's even more important than your driver career in F1, in my own opinion.
Hi Nico, I loved this video as my son ( who is 10 and a BIG fan of yours) has also got into karting . Your relationship with your dad looked so beautiful. If you could reply to me I'd be so grateful as I could show my son and receive some kudos as a mum!! All the best - Andrea (UK) x
I loved the video. It inspiring in so many ways. Thank you for sharing this. It shows the success doesn’t come easy. It requires hard work for long term, details, discipline , etc but most importantly you gotta love what you are doing. And the support of the family... that’s priceless .
That was awesome to watch. Your dad looks like Tim Richmond from nascar in the 80s. Keep making your videos. I’m a bigger fan now than I was when you raced
Grandissimo Nico! ci manchi un casino... ti ho sempre ammirato... Grazie per tutte le emozioni che ci hai dato (e per le tue interviste in lingua italiana)
Awesome footage, thanks... Keke became champion when I was 4 years old. When Nico won the title in 2016 I was so happy for him and Keke. Harmi ettei Nico edustanut Suomea, vaan Saksaa. ;)
Never thought I'd ever see Keke Rosberg in flower shorts kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk I also remember watching F1 with my dad every weekend, going race in our local kartodrome and helping him in garage (he used to restore classic cars and even built a Bugatti T-35 replica). Unfortunately, he's not in this world anymore, but the memories will never fade away. That's what really matters.
- like 7463

Thank you for sharing this. I wasnt fortunate enough to drive karts as a kid - thats why im working hard now to give that opportunity to my kids one day.

Thanks for sharing! I have raced karts, cars and bikes. I have won championships. I have been blessed with travel around the world. All the same as Nico except - I never had a dad. Love the Love!
Awesome. What's not to like of the footage? Great family moments. The same as Clair Williams, bringing family into a sometimes plastic F1 world. Thanks!
Woe woe woe... Your dad had a kart track built at your house? With multiple layouts it looks like. Do you have any idea how many hot laps I would do if I had that as a kid?

Seen this video before, the dream! When I was 15 we traveled to Loheac France, saw pictures of 8yr old nico driving there. 2 years later I saw him and Lewis race at Lonato. We all knew theyd both be in F1 just a matter of when. The resources they had were huge, they had their own team with like an old F1 truck and already back then their karts were designed as the F1 McLaren. Even remember the name MBM.com. Following F1 and Karting was so intresting back then. Saw him race Schummi at the Karting World Championship in Kerpen, great memories too

Darius Nastac Yes! I like this idea.
It wasn't keke i think it was senna
The Kuba senna was in brazil 1991
Keke is badass. In f1 upload of hottest races in history , I remember him not caring about the heat. Think one of the USA tracks
Detroit?
