Beautiful stitching. I have chronic migraines and I really dislike the headache hangover that follows each session. I hope you catch a break and don’t have any for a while. Thanks for sharing and happy stitching 🧵

Great beautiful progress. You will be busy in the near future. I haven’t been able to stitch recently but by the end of this week I have a stitch retreat to go to so I can start in again and get into a routine.

It's great to catch up with you and see your updates Lisa. I love all of them and I always look forward to your posts 😊 I hope you feel better this week. We do tend to suffer for our art don't we. I've had to have a break from stitching for a few days due to back and neck pain so I'd be interested to see your massager. Have a lovely stitchy week. See you next time 💗

I love watching your videos Lisa. You do some beautiful work. So sorry to hear about your migraines,. I suffer from them too, but I have a great solution. My doctor told me to rub a bit of peppermint oil on my temples at the onset of a migraine. I was quite skeptical, but I tried it and it really does work, and it works within a few minutes. I use the real peppermint flavoring that you can get at the grocery store. This is a well known treatment in my doctors home country of India.

Love ur work and hope ur headaches goes away before the building works around u while ur there.... speaking of headaches ( if u do take medication for it advice is when you feel head attack coming ... start taking it and it should reduce and early nights sleep with cold funnel on back of ur neck for little while then ur forehead that should help little.) works for me I suppose everyone’s is different as I am managed when I feel attack coming I start taking one during the working day then once I m home i take two before bed and should give me 24 hrs for it goes away) before without medication I had suffer for four days as I found a way around to it is food wise and drink plenty of water and also less caffeine.....lightings u need change the bulbs and ensure u not sit too close to lighting areas ohh pc at work I always keep my screen low brightness (my colleague thinks I m nuts but works for me which I don’t have attack headaches at work for the last 3 months now except when ur over tired I take one just in case. 🙈😀

I love how your Chatelaine is coming on. I’m with you on the crazy 1 over 1 though. There has been a lot of it on my Chatelaine and it is driving me potty!! Good luck with the work on your house. I look forward to seeing your next update. Kerry 💜

Love your progress, I suffer migraines too, they do tire you completely! Love snapdragon and your fabric choice, great to hear life has treated you ok this month besides the migraines! :)

The Chatelaine is so rich looking, but yes, it's a lot of work to get that look. I hope having finished one rose, the others won't be so arduous. :)

New to floss tube, hope to start myself soon, but I love listening you and watching your progress. Love Daisy too, I have a cavalier cross. Migraines are killers, but mine have eased off post menopause, so there is hope!

You do such beautiful stitching. Every one of your pieces I am quite envious of. I feel even thought I truly love my cross stitching I struggle through getting pieces done. I'm thinking quite possibly it is because I work on other crafts besides cross stitch. (Ie. Knitting, crocheting and diamond painting. Do you have an opinion on this? Cross stitch will always be my first love and always will be so I will NEVER give it up. How long have you been a stitcher? I went on quite a bit of a range t there didn't t i? I m sorry I did that. Take care and may God bless you.

Hello! Getting time balance is always a challenge, just do what makes you happy at the time. I’ve been stitching for around 25 years, my friend taught me when I was 17/18 and I’ve done it ever since. It will always be my first love too! Xx

Loved seeing your progress! I am working on kitting up my first HAED (Farewell to Anger) and was also looking at the 25 ct Lugana. Do you think 2 over 1 would be too bulky? Thank you for sharing your work with us - love love that Chatelaine!

Farewell to anger is stunning, I started train of dreams 2/2 on 25. It’s doable but the 1/1 on 25 count is much easier xx
