IPRC Graduation Highlight Video

ADMA provided this highlight video (and complete video coverage of the event) of the IPRC Graduation Ceremony on January 23, 2020.
The event took place at IPRC Kigali stadium where 5628 candidates who pursued different short courses in IPRC Kigali, and others who underwent the Recognition of Prior Learning Assessment, were all graduated.
