sweet, best I have seen yet, going to do one of these, but have the charger under the sink counter rather than fixed to the jerry can and split to the shower too with an on off valve. Fill the jerry can with required hot water and you have a hot shower too.
Thanks for sharing such amazing diy instructions. Just used this video to make a RV style running sink in my back yard! This felt intimidating but with your instructions it helped me complete with confidence!
Ahhh, just came from your shower video. This gives the needed context and makes the whole thing more feasible. I do like Bill O Rights' idea of bringing the pump wire through the lid too. Makes it more versatile and easier to change jugs.✊
Really dig sink Zach! Excellent Job bud!! Going to have to try and make one. U made me a shower and working on new Blue Military Shower. May God Bless Bud!
This is an awesome idea for an all around use system that won't freeze up if left in a trailer since you can remove all the components. Nice, will be building this system myself. Seems like the best set up for my use and all the other possible uses as well. Thanks for sharing and keep adventur'n! 👍
Thanks for posting. I just watched the shower video to see how you made it. I've been working on a cheaper version, but I like yours better. I think I'll try putting the pump wire in through the lid, no damage to the jug and easier to swap out when empty.
If the wire goes through the screw on lid, just make sure you can close the lid securely and also that it won't cause too much of a pinch point on the wire because it will likely wear down the protective sleeve and short the wire
would you mind telling me in detail how you hooked the sink up to the tubing? Specifically, I am, interested in hooking up my water system (like the one you have here) to a similar faucet. what is the connector from the food grade tubing to the faucet connector? 2:38-2:46
This is cool, I am working on a camping trailer with a kitchen, I think this is the design I will go with for the sink. I was just going to use a 5 gallon gatorade jug initially, but I like having the pressurized sink. I wonder if you could find a way to put a lifestraw or some other filter inline so you can fill the jugs from a stream or something.
Great information. How did you mount the battery pack to the water jug? Is the wiring for the pump to the battery pack easily put together or is some experience needed in the wiring department? Thank you
Is the pump made from food grade plastic? Black pipe would probably prevent green algae growth forming in the tube as it may do in that clear tube near the window. Great simple solution for a camper 👍
super cool, great video! I think I might have found a nice alternative to buying 10 male 9mm adapters. The battery comes with a power cable for charging and also a splitter of some kind. Maybe you could splice those cables together? Idk, just a thought. Thanks again for the brilliant idea, I used your affiliate links for nearly everything :)
Hi, do you necessarily need the grommets? The hole at the back of my jug is just the right size to put the wires from the pump through. Is it need to protect the wires or?
Hi! I have a question about the connection from the wiring of the pump to the battery pack. The pump has three wires, blue, brown and yellow, and the adaptor only accommodates two wires: positive and negative. Did you just use the blue and brown and not the yellow wire? Thanks!
@@zackbier thank you. I had went the foot pump method but I just ordered all of these things and am gonna do it this way. The two videos on this was excellent! Thank you, very in depth!
I usually run through it or dump it out if I know it's going to be sitting a while. I'd say if it's going to be sitting for a long while in between uses, you are better off dumping it on your plants and then refilling it before the next use
i love this. this is the best sink set up i’ve ever seen. i will be purchasing the germany one. i don’t buy anything from china when possible 😂

Hey thanks! I’ll mail your portable shower to you sometime this week. Thanks again for your order 👍

Looks great man. Ty for the time you put in to make the video and to link everything 👍

Love it! Brilliant. Thanks!

Another fantastic mod. Great stuff!

How did you connect the pump to the plug on the battery pack? Thanks
I put a 6mm plug head on the pumps wiring

Kameltoe awesome, much appreciated! I’m sure there’s some smaller packs of adapters and other parts. Hope yours turns out great 😀
Nice job kool beans
Hey thanks!

Is this an alternative to having a battery bank or in addition to?
…an alternative, most RVvans use 12v batt banks.
How did you wire the pump to the battery? The pump has three wires and the battery output has only two wires red and black. Thanks
Am i being stupid how do you wire the pump to the battery dude

Hey, yes you only need to use the blue and brown wires
Is there enough water pressure for a shower with that pump?
High, where’d you get the waterproof housing? Does it come with the pump already?
If you are talking about the wire housing for the pump then yes it comes that way
@@zackbier thank you. I had went the foot pump method but I just ordered all of these things and am gonna do it this way. The two videos on this was excellent! Thank you, very in depth!
If water is stored for a period of time does it get nasty?

i don't see a link for the waterproof wire casing... do i need that?
Not all parts needed listed. No idea where to find the waterproof housing around the electric wire in water???
Does it heat the water please?
