Your detailing never ceases to blow me away. Incredible work, my friend
Thats very kind of you to say Pauly. Many thanks for your continued support. Have a great weekend my friend.
The nice detailing of the machine guns, as well as the many other little things, will make the difference afterwards.
Very well executed scratch build parts and the machined PE parts do the rest. Absolutely nice work Steve!
Best wishes and a nice weekend. Joachim
Hi Joachim. Some of the PE is so small it would look big on 1/72 scale LOL. Still having a lot of fun with it. Currently adding loads of missing rivets to the cab. Many thanks for your kind words. Have a great weekend and speak soon
Hi Steve nice super iper details! I like this work and I watche it little by little! Inspiring and motivational for me! Good work!
Many thanks for your kind words. Nice to hear you are enjoying the build. Take care my friend and speak soon
Steve Hi ! The PE parts added a lovely touch to the kit, but the most interesting detail you did is the modified cushions for the driver seats. It's a simple but very effective modification that bring to life the driver compartment.
A brilliant idea indeed.
Happy modling waiting for the next episode
Hi LZ. I hope all is well. I have been working with the GreenStuff and added some straps to the cushions as well. Looking forward to seeing them painted up. Many thanks of looking in and happy modelling
Hi Steve, Very nice work on the Half Track. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
Hi Jeff. That's very kind of you to say. I hope you are back to full fitness and getting time at the bench. Take care my friend and many thanks for looking in and commenting
Hi Steve
Nice work and great techniques.
Thanks for sharing your video presentation and looking forward to watching your next step ❤😊
My pleasure my friend. I am glad you are enjoying the videos. Many thanks for looking in and commenting. Speak soon and happy modelling
Great up date. Maybe I can't do such as fine detailing, so it's fun just to watch Steve. Have a nice week end and stay safe please my friend. Best wishes, NOB
Hi PM. Its always worth doing a little detailing on each build you do, and build up your skills over several builds. Its all good fun!! Many thanks for the comments and take care my friend
Awesome work, Steve! Very well done, my friend! ;)
Cheers Toni. I appreciate your supportive comments. Take care my friend and speak soon
Super detailing indeed Steve! Wowsers that's looking fabulous, i do agree with you though, you don't need to replace a nicely detailed plastic piece with pe always! Thanks for sharing, take care and keep up the good work my friend.
Hi George. Sorry for the late reply. I have been laid up with the old Covid. Better now and looking forward to getting back to the bench soon. Many thanks for the comments and speak soon my friend
Great detailing Steve. Those seats are a marked improvement but the cushions are something that most of us wouldn't think to alter. The PE set really makes a difference. The guns and the pedals are perfect examples where the effort was worth while. So true though that not all PE on a fret is worth using.
Do be careful with knives. Looks like the cut on your right hand was painful !!
Evenin Jim. Hope you are well and that the 1/48 ambulance is still going. You have done a great job on the paintwork. The cut was from those metal binders around boxes. My fault for not wearing gloves in the warehouse at work LOL There will be a lot left over in the PE set. Some of it was rather pointless for this kit but maybe of use on others. Many thanks for your kind comments and have a great weekend my friend
Lovely work once again Steve its coming together beautifully 👌👌👌👌
Hi Greg. I hope all is well my friend. Many thanks for your supportive comment. Have a great weekend and happy modelling!
Really nice work with the PE Steve, looks fantastic, hope you have a great weekend mate, Cheers
Cheers Tom. I appreciate your comments my friend. You too have have a great weekend and I hope you get some bench time in. Speak soon and happy modelling
Nice machine gun detail Steve👍
Hi David. They were fun to do if a but fiddley LOL. Many thanks for looking in and commenting. Take care my friend and speak soon
Great work Steve have a great weekend
Hi Paul. I know you like your PE as well so I appreciate your comments my friend. Have a great weekend and speak soon
Nice detail thinking regarding the seats. ✨👍✨
Hi Dave. The seats are one of my favourite parts of the build as well. Looking forward to weathering them up. Many thanks for looking in and have a great weekend
Amazing work Steve you really know how to do the PE. I must say I don’t like it too much and tend just to stick with the kit parts. If it’s in the kit I will try and use it but I’d rather not 😂. Great work my friend keep it up.
I fully understand Mike. I try to only use it to improve the look. However sometimes I do get carried away with PE LOL. Take care my friend and have a great weekend
Inspiring stuff as always Steve. That gun mount would end up as a solid blob of superglue if I attempted it 😂
Hello mate. There is nothing worse than getting a bit of CA on your tweezers. Its then a fight between the tweezers, your fingers, the plastic part and the PE LOL. Take care my friend and many thanks for looking in.
Enjoyable video amazing what you can achieve.🤗🐻🐒👍
Hi Karen. Thats very kind of you to say. Many thanks for commenting and supporting the channel. Take care my friend and speak soon
Very impressive detailing Steve don't worry about the rivets i have had a few missing for years and i get buy 😉. Regards Gav.
😆😅🤣🍻 That made me chuckle mate. Many thanks for looking in. Have a great weekend working on the small stuff. Happy modelling!
Very enjoyable to watch. I did the 30cal in 1/72 from MiniWorld, same job, just insanely smaller 😅. For the seats you should ask Joachim for his famous chocolate wrappings 😂.
Great job again Steve.
Hi Any. That is insane doing that at 1/72! LOL I thought about adding texture to the seats but I was happy with the kit offering. Many thanks for looking in and happy modelling!
@@SteveJonesScaleModellingSite I quite enjoyed taking a look, you’re welcome.
Nice that you further improve the details! Yep, if a part's gonna be covered in mud or snow, I'll most likely kinda touch it or just let it be as is. XP
Totally agree my friend. It is a shame to cover up the small detailing in the weathering stages but that is the price you have to pay for realism. Thanks for looking in and commenting. Take care and speak soon
Brilliant details Steve
Hi Liam. I hope all is going well my friend. Many thanks for popping in and commenting. Have a great weekend
@@SteveJonesScaleModellingSite my pleasure buddy you also regards Liam
Steve I'm with you about PE if the part looks great you don't need to replace it with PE and nice update brother ❤
Hi Shawn. I will be ending up with more spare PE than I have used on this build. Some kits certainly over do it at times. Take care my friend and many thanks for looking in and commenting
Very nice but you need to cut the butterfly triggers off the .50cal and slide the PE with the kit handles right up to the rear body of the receiver, there are butterfly triggers on the PE if you look closely.
👍👍
Hi FM. I hope all is well. Have a great weekend racing and many thanks for the comment
Impressive detailing on the m/gun Steve. Rifle straps 😮😮😮, having trouble my self, what make of CA please. John .
Hello mate. Just been catching up on your M10 build. Looks like you have had a lot of small parts to contend with as well. I use industrial strength super glue called GP Super Glue. You can pick it up at Toolstation . It is strong stuff but you have little time to get the piece in place or move it before it hardens. Hope you are well and speak soon my friend
