I have listened to this song so many times since it dropped and I never fail to tear up when the line "I had to get lost to be found" hits. Thank you for a heartfelt reaction 🙏
Dorothy and Scott sound great together. Scott has a great voice, thankfully he has found strength in music to control his depression (I fight everyday, I am in a dark room with no light) Dorothy is an incredible talent. Beautiful voice, great control very easy to listen to...I love her.
This is one amazing song by two great vocalists! There is so much power in their voices and they did a great job in this video. I can't stop watching it or listening to this song. It is definitely addictive, but in a good way!
Thanks for sharing and reviewing this song. This is song is so underrated and powerful. The walls wow how powerful they have seen it all those moments we are alone are so telling, tell us who we truly been and who we truly are. This song is amazing anyone that has battled with mental health issues, addiction, grief, sadness, loneliness, trauma, can relate to this.
Like all seriously here, I never heard of this dorothy singer at all. Sounds like she's a good singer and she has a very good song too. Just wondering what band is she from and are they a Christian or non-Christian or what. Maybe she does solo albums here. I really don't know anything about her except for she's doing a song scott stapp. Also both of these two sounds great together, maybe they should do a whole entire album together.
just heard of her myself. Apparently recently became a Christian, in between albums. Her band is just called "Dorothy." Her song "The Devil I know" sounds kind of like some of the older Alter Bridge songs.
"In this hell Where everything falls from grace Broken and out of place Something inside of me takes hold And tells me I'm not alone Hell has no fury like my soul For the devil I know"
Do a UA-cam search for "Black Sheep and "Beautiful Life" if you want her more upbeat. If you want an amazing break up song from her try "Rest in Peace".

It gets me every time too
Music that evokes the deepest, heart rendering of emotions is what makes music so special.

I saw Scott in concert on March 15th and he did this song alone… was absolutely amazing. I love this man.
