The place needs revitalization.No man.I keep saying that the government needs to build new infrastructure.Black River used to be beautiful.I went to school right up the street.The place look like You in Cuba.We can’t keep letting these places go down like this.Really and truly,it should be on the list of historical places because it is.
When I was back home and went to Black River I would come home feeling sick.The town needs to get the shop owners to paint the buildings or give them a fine in dollar.Shame on the M.P mr Green he can do better in getting more funds for the job needed so people want to come to Black River
