    [Ingredients]
    *Eggwash
    1/3 cup (60ml) milk
    1 egg
    some flavored salt
    *Sandwich
    3 slices sandwich bread
    4 slices (80g) cheddar cheese slices
    3 tbsp (63g) strawberry jam
    4 slices (40g) sliced ham
    3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil
    [Directions]
    1. On a slice of sandwich bread, thinly spread about 2/3 tbsp of strawberry jam.
    2. Top with 2 slices of sliced ham cut to the size of the bread.
    3. Top with 2 slices of sliced cheese cut to the size of the bread.
    4. On another slice of bread, spread about 2/3 tbsp of strawberry jam and place on top of the cheese.
    5. Spread about 2/3 tbsp of strawberry jam on the top surface of the bread.
    6. Top again with 2 slices of sliced ham, followed by sliced cheese, both cut to the size of the bread.
    7. On the last slice of bread, thinly spread about 2/3 tbsp of strawberry jam and cover.
    * Press the sandwich slightly with the palm of your hand to seal the layers.
    8. In a deep bowl, combine the egg, milk, and flavored salt and set aside.
    9. Coat a frying pan with cooking oil and preheat on medium heat.
    10. Dip the sandwich in eggwash and coat evenly by flipping it to the top, bottom, and sides.
    11. Place on the preheated frying pan. Reduce to medium-low heat and press the sandwich with a spatula as you cook the top and bottom.
    12. When the top and bottom are evenly golden and the thickness has shrunk to about 2/3 its original size, reduce to low heat and cook the sides.
    13. When the cheese has completely melted, turn off the heat. Place the sandwich on a cutting board and cut to bite sizes.
    14. Plate and serve.
