I bought this watch before but the bezel around the time display had a defect so I got rid of it and I bought another one. The one I have now is perfect and I love it.
I love your Channel because these are watches I can afford. You film very well, excelent sound and image and frame! thank you very Much for your vídeos, best regards from Brazil.
Definitely a lot of watch for the money, there is no denying that. I get a bit more critical of Homage watches when they are based off pieces that won't necessarily break the bank. I am very interested in your comparison between the SKMEI and the Sande though, because like you mentioned I have seen the SKMEI everywhere but haven't heard anything about the Sande. I'm looking forward to seeing how they compare!
This is not a bad place to start going down the rabbit hole! btw, David, I have subscribed to your channel and will be checking some of your videos out as soon as I get some free time!
Firstly congratulations on the 2K subs man! 👍 Now the skmei shock!! As you know I have one of those in fact I have 2! I've tried to destroy one of them Not using really extreme methods but harsh enough 😁 I'll let you know how that went in a future video. I look forward to your comparison video.
Nice looking watch. Question is: Is it as tough as the original Casio? 🤔 Good review bro. Congrats on 2k subs! Slow down man, you just left me in the dust. 😂
Thanks man! Search for 'Madrock Watches & Adventure", he put this watch through some torture tests. Not as extreme as the ones you put your f-91w through!
Not even close. The case is made out of a zinc alloy instead of stainless steel. The bracelet is made out of folded pressed links instead of solid ones. The backplate is not a screwdown one. Waterproof only to 30 meters instead of 200 meters. Most likely the model is not as well protected inside the case as a real G Shock.
I have its cousin, the black resin G-Clone with a negative display and neon green backlight. Does it look rad, especially on a black Zulu? Yes, 100% what a ninja would wear. Is it as readable as a regular display? Unfortunetely not, but it's not like Casio managed to do that either. The fact that it fits any regular 18mm strap is pretty nice btw, the original G-Squares don't.
Ma nishma? Aviv There is also the option To buy a casio g-shock dw5600 And put the "Solid stainless steel watchband for casio GW-M5610 DW5600 GW-5000 DW-5030 G-5600 watch band and frame case solid metal bracelet" From aliexpress. So for about $100 You get the real casio in a metal case.
Great review as always mate. Congratulations again on 2k subs. I had a look at one of these after people saying I should checkout some Skmei watches. It definitely looks like a lot of watch for the money. The only thing that put me off from buying one though was the finishing on the front... I think it looks a bit rough and kind of ruins the overall look.
@@MyAffordableWatchCollection I might have to try it out. But I'll wait for the comparison review and see which is the best to get. I ended up ordering the 1123, which I'm doing a review of next. As well as the 1134. But I'm still waiting for that one. It's an must have got stuck somewhere along the way.
Looks like another one of those watches you cant change the band on due to the proprietary band mount at the case, I have an 8.5 inchwrist and factory bands are always too short, and since this doesnt use spring pin mounting im forced to pass as I cant change to a NATO band to get the extra length.
Nice work with the review mate, I actually have one of these but it's too big, I was thinking about making a video at some point but I haven't wore it enough yet. And massive congratulations on 2k subs, that's fantastic mate.
Nice review, but I have to add that. Sanda 390 is definitely a better watch. Because Sanda 390 can be separated from the case thanks to the screws located next to the case. And the original g shock sits on the 5600 case. This is not possible in Skmei. It is possible to find 5600 bezel cords for 10 dollars on Aliexpress.
It's not printed. It's engraved. Hay man don't forget that seiko and rolex have misalignment problems. So don't be a snob. For this price for an affordable watch. It's a very good deal you're getting.
@@danielhovet5675 It is stamped at best. Engraving on sheet metal? So it's even more worrying since it is misaligned even though they don't need to align every watch. They didn't bother to fix a stamp that is being used on thousands of watches over and over. This is not the same issue as with seiko which is not ment to excuse seiko in any way though.
A pitiful fake for a masterpiece from Casio, I live in Russia and I didn't buy this stuff, our original is expensive for many, but I still bought myself 5000 original model
Definitely not a fake and definitely not a casio too. Not everyone can afford the real deal and this could be a good affordable alternative. Either way, enjoy your watch and thanks for taking the time to comment 😊
Its not a fully metal watch Plastic casing is under neath metal bazel Its a fake watch Just wasting time and money on this toys I only buy Casio branded watches They are on one year warranty and Casio watches are not toys I have got 10 Casio watches in my collection some of them are 15 years old and still working in good condition
80% of the watch ? Not even close. Zinc alloy case instead of stainless steel. The caseback is not a screwdown one. Water resist only 30 meters vs the 200 meters of the real one. Folded pressed links in the bracelet instead of solid ones. No solar. No multiband 6 atomic time. No Bluetooth. No 24 hour countdown timer.
I have one of these and it’s a joy to wear, at this price pretty much unbeatable.

Negative displays sure are cool, but 80% useless when it comes to actually telling the time 😂

Cant wait to see a side by side between the SKMEI and Sanda! 👍🏼
Thanks, I'm working on it!
The sanda doesn't look anywhere near as good as the Skmei, the text on the case is REALLY bad on the sanda.
Nice review and great watch but between this one and Casio w218hd witch do you suggest, thanks
metal vs plastic
9:07 amigo se acha que essas incrições de preto da para remover com solvente e ficar prata igual o Casio?

How long is the battery life?
at least 3~4 years
Price???
Congrats on the 2k milestone! 👍
Thanks Bob, I appreciate it 👍🏻
Nice video and! I loved this watch but unfortunately the alloy case gets rusty due to sweat and water! Hope Sanda 390 doesn't have this problem.
Thanks for watching!
Yes, I've found that, the chrome plating bubbles up and flakes off, it's cheap, so as to be expected.
