I really adore this style of dark ambient. I never thought something this slow could maintain such intensity while being so utterly captivating. Must take a brooding mind to create such soundscapes.
This is the video that introduced me to the world of Treha Sektori. Saw him the first time a few weeks later as opening act for Amenra in Ghent. A wonderful intense experience, that almost got sabotaged by some bro's in the audience who could no keep their traps shut.
Funny how closed minded people can be... It`s not a secret that I adore Treha sektori also I like to share it on my fb from time to time. A while ago I received a message in my inbox from a person that I don`t consider neither stupid, nor uninformed and a message was: " Are you in some occult stuff or practicing dark arts because you shared that video it`s totally creepy " Of course the answer was : " Yeah I`m into pretty dangerous stuff'" Everything is a matter of perception and inner experience. Art should disturb conformed, and conform disturbed!
So i let YT playing on the background and i noticed some nice atmospheric music .. wanted to check what video it has .. interesting how perception with more senses can change your view on reality.
I remember when Nyarlathotep came to my city-the great, the old, the terrible city of unnumbered crimes. My friend had told me of him, and of the impelling fascination and allurement of his revelations, and I burned with eagerness to explore his uttermost mysteries. My friend said they were horrible and impressive beyond my most fevered imaginings; that what was thrown on a screen in the darkened room prophesied things none but Nyarlathotep dared prophesy, and that in the sputter of his sparks there was taken from men that which had never been taken before yet which shewed only in the eyes. And I heard it hinted abroad that those who knew Nyarlathotep looked on sights which others saw not...

To me the word - self-awareness comes - to the sense. What may always also mean the action, representation, it is very intensive. A secret from the depth. Therefore impressively for me

Hey Diana, never feel ashamed about something like that. It's not really a music video. It was made to be seen along with the live performance, to add something dark and visceral to the already dark and loud music being made in front of you. Not something clear, not a real story but cycles when you see the whole thing, roughly something like : birth - transformation - death. I am very happy about the fact that 100k people saw it but it was really about feelings and seing just a part of it on UA-cam on a laptop or a phone, doesn't help maybe.
