Regarding intrathecal injections for ischemic stroke , dementia , and other neuro-conditions , are MSCs and exosomes first isolated from amniotic fluid then mixed with some other chemical like DMSO ( I could be wrong here ) , or Sodium Lactate for intrathecal delivery or only amniotic fluid is injected intrathecally ?
