Very enjoyable, interesting journey.. Do they still have the Red Bus explorer going around Hobart?? And mt Wellington. That might be a interesting one to do! Keep up the good work, We love the channel .
Hi David . Thanks for your support. Indeed the red explorer operates but a better way is to use metro buses and get an all day ticket. Much cheaper. Yes mt wellington is a nice bus tour. An alternative is catch a metro bus to fern tree and walk up but that's is tough unless the fitness level is high. My two boys in their mid thirties do that on a regular basis. Cheers Pete
Great video as always! Just wondering, is your next video going to be an intercity service? If so could you try and show a little bit of the drive up front? That would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your support. My next video is likely to be a bus trip to New Norfolk then Penguin. Videoing up front usually depends on the driver and how busy the service is. The other factor is whether there is access to the front seats of the bus. Some seats are still restricted due to covid. I have covered Intercity services in a couple of videos so far so it may well be a while when they feature again. I do know a few of the intercity drivers really well and I am sure they would agree to some up front videoing. Will put it on my list.
Another great video Pete! Amazing work! Did I hear correctly as you left Triabunna you mentioned that you may be doing some ferry videos later on? That would be great once you've done all the buses 🙂
Given Tasmania is an island there is surprising lack of ferries. But yes I have plans for Maria Island ferry, brunny island and more on the Derwent commuter ferry. My largest ambition is to travel Hobart to Adelaide by bus to devonport ferry to Melbourne then train to Adelaide. A nice combo for three videos. I am sure you would agree. Cheers Pete
