Omg, I can so relate.. I’m in uk and I had a bowel perforation, but due to preexisting mental health issues, they didn’t believe I was ill.. they refused any scans and tried to send me home.. my friends fought to keep me in, I got iller and iller, I knew I was dying, I was in a hospital, yet I wasn’t believed.. it was on day 5 of the perforation, I vomited faeces and they finally realised and ran me into theatre,, by then I had septic shock, they had to give me a colostomy, and then put me in an induced coma.. they didn’t think I would survive, they got my friend to say goodbye and turn off the life support but I survived.. I came very close to having hands and feet amputated as they turned black..I was in hospital for months, then rehab to learn how to walk again. What I’ve been left with 10 years on, is severe illnesses , adrenal insufficiency, rhumetoid arthritis. I had the bag removed but I’m left with double incontinance, and I lost so much at 40, including hope of a relationship.. I also have severe ptsd from the negligence, the hospital covered their backs so I couldn’t sue, it was only once the statue of limitations was up did I get a formal apology.. I live a very isolated life now, I’m glad to have survived but I lost a lot.. I have no family, and life is a massive struggle.
Annette, you are an amazing yet a remarkable person! Your strength is a testimony to the love you have for God. To think of the times I go through depression, anxiety! Praise the Lord and bless you!
Is a lesson that you give me I lost my senses smell and taste 10 months.a go and was the most horrible nightmare I ever experience you giving me strength to accept what I can’t change thanks for your lesson of positive attitude God bless you
I hope she received a settlement from either the hospital or doctor. Her life hascompletely changed, with so many medical and daily practical needs that she will require for the rest of her life.
I had an enormous benign uterine fibroid, the size of a grapefruit at least, plus a few the size of oranges, causing my abdomen to bulge unattractively, and adding weight to my small frame and narrow pelvis, but no bleeding, and nothing painful, so I chose to keep, and live with the fibroids, until when, after menopause, all of my uterine fibroids completely disappeared, and my stomach flattened out appreciably, and my stomach stays flat with my prebiotic/probiotic regimen, and essentially, I consume 2,000 IU of vegan vitamin D plus 100 mg of Vitamin K2 as fermented chickpea MK- 7 with a fatty meal every single day for both immunity and bone health, and space intake of calcium products in my diet throughout the day. 67% of sepsis patients are found to be deficient in vitamin D.
You never really think it is as bad as it really is at first because you do not know what the symptoms of Sepsis are until you get it and I thought I had a cold or something like that but now I know what the symptoms are.
I have big fibroid also and I'm scared to get op i know a woman the same they nicked her bowel and she nearly died. But she didn't lose her limbs. Poor woman
I can't imagine hw painful loosing all 4 of your limbs I hve only lost one n it hurts so much doctor destroyed us without thinking may god continue to give u d strength to deal with it
I had the same thing happen to me and I got a really bad infection and then skin breakdown and ended up in the would clinic for treatment and it takes a long time to heal.
I need really think why me because you just have to figure out how to live with it and it is what it is now and I cannot change it. Physical therapy helped me a lot but I needed a lot of it and it is really tough at first. I found out that having the right equipment to help me do things helps a lot and I keep trying to find new ways to do things now. I think we have to be happy to be alive because a lot of people have Sepsis and do not survive.
This woman should own the hospital where this happened to her. And her surgeon should have his medical license revoked. This should have NEVER happened to her!
She is fantastic and her incredible psychic power might make me finally think about myself and stop crumbling over every little thing. And I also hope that the "butcher" who caused this to her by his mistake during the operation is in prison.
The mental strength of this beautiful lady is amazing. You would think she was telling someone else’s story. Her composure is awe-inspiring ❤️
It's was the beginning of her new life atleast she still around
Have no idea how you kept on going, you are an inspiration beyond belief

Beautiful person. Thank you for sharing.
I know it won’t compensate, but hope you got a good settlement.

Powerful story. I hope she sued the doctor. Before treating, doctors need to examine.
am sure he did examine but was careless with the scalpel during surgery and didn't realize it.
Hello Deirdre how are you doing today?
No, shit.

Absolutely amazing woman an inspiration...
I had the same thing happen to me and I got a really bad infection and then skin breakdown and ended up in the would clinic for treatment and it takes a long time to heal.
I was hoping to hear more about the legal issues surrounding the doctor but nonetheless great interview
I believe she is not allowed to discuss the settlement
Un vero peccato che non sia tradotto....questi filmati sono utilissimi per chi, sano, si lamenta di tutto
God bless you.
God bless you. Amen
Strong lady..
God bless you and many blessings.
Annette You beautiful Soul, Your Courage astounds, You are very beautiful giving a Lesson of Your view on Life, Blessings🌟💗

Your spirit is amazing 👏! I hope the Doctor who did this is no longer working as a doctor.
