These vs Free Runs? I got the Infinity Run's coming from Adidas Adizero x Parley Lightstrike and find them too heavy and cushiony. I rarely run long distance, so not really sure why I bought them. They felt cool in the shop.
Abit late to the party here but just wondered if the dragonfly xc are a lot better than these and worth the extra money or these are really good? Looking to purchase some xc spikes for grass training + races and interested to know your and peoples thoughts from wearing (now that both pairs have been out for a while). Thanks
The shoes have different 2 different types of spikes included, a classic style of spike, and one with a plastic base, what is the difference between them, and what would be better used when
Classic spike would be for manicured grass (golf course), dry packed dirt, and track. Longer spikes with plastic mold would be for thick grass, mud, and wet courses.
My son has been running with the Air Zoom Victory XC for the last 2 seasons. He uses the spikes with the triangle base on muddy and wet terrain. The idea behind the triangle base is that it allows mud to drain away faster so U don't loose grip. Does it work? Absolutely!
I normally run with custom made spikes based on the Kinvara Saucony 12. I'm torn between the HOKA Crescendo, Dragonfly XC or RIVAL XC6... which one would provide the most comfort during a cross. I normally run with Saucony on concrete (endorphin collection) because I do need some cushioning (+M40).
Not familiar with the Hoka, Rival XC6 would be the most comfortable, Dragonfly XC would provide better performance with the full curved inner spike plate, a sacrifice of comfort for performance.
Looking at the rival xc6 for my daughter as she goes into cross country season. We want something versatile that she can tskr to cross country and also to track events throughout the year
Just got a pair of the green/pink ones ordered. Super hyped

I read they run small. Do you recommend a half or full size up?
I bought it, I suggest you buy 1 size bigger, it's too narrow
Just Bought , Definitely Run Small Had To Return
Would you recommend these over other XC spikes such as dragonfly’s? I just want a decent pair of spikes for grass and mud xc races.
which ones dod u get
Normal bc they were only £70 at sports direct. They do a good job
Is the nike zoom rival waffle 6 a short distance shoes?
We found these much too narrow and tight around the instep compared to the Rival XC 5
I'm a 100 metre sprinter, was planning to buy the Adidas sprintstar ,do you think i can get something better in the same price range?
Nike rival sprint

Waffle 6 flat, is it true u have to size up one size bigger?
Yes Just Bought And ahead To Return Unfortunately But Reordered A Size Up
@@russianwheelchairbandit8005how did the full size up feel now?
Hi, do you ship to Malaysia?
Would you recommend using the dragonfly xc without the spikes in or just a normal flat
Normal flat if on concrete, the dragonfly without the spikes has less traction and will wear down faster on concrete compared to a racing flat.

Dragonfly’s
They look great but Nike makes them too narrow
Why did they discontinue the victory’s? They were great
To make room for the DragonFly XC
@@vsathletics1883 they should make a dragonfly flat version
Are those shoes for adults? They are soooo small.
All you talked about was the looks of the shoes and nothing about the performance. 😢
