Vianey was my friend. She was about to start the process of her weight loss surgery again. And she passed away on 11/20 from covid pneumonia😢 please keep her husband Allen in your prayers, hes struggling badly. He has maintained his weight loss and weighs about 230 lbs now. But his mental health has suffered greatly.
Kristie is a champ. She didn't even puke. On a different note, these people ear so much. What they eat for breakfast is more than what I eat in a day. What the eat in a day is more than what I eat in a week

The amount they eat at each meal is not all that much in comparison to some actual food challenges, so it isn’t really a surprise Kristie is holding up üretty well. As every day meals it’s beyond massive, yeah. But as a challenge within a day it is doable. 4 pounds / 2 kg of food does sort of fit in most people's stomach. I'm not a 600 pound woman, I'm an average person, but I can eat a large Pizza without getting sick. I can fit a couple pounds of food into my stomach (I know that because I love brokkoli and eat 2 pounds / 1 kg of steamed brokkoli for lunch sometimes). Eating all of that in one day isn’t something I would ever attempt because I would feel absolutely horrible for days, but it is doable.
It makes me so happy that they treat the couple with respect and don’t make mean comments. So sweet how he even talked about how they had things in common. Such sweeties :’)
For someone who doesn’t do a lot of food challenges I’m impressed by how well Kristie managed to keep up with all that food. You guys are a great team! Looking forward to that costume 😜

I have a love/hate relationship with these types of videos, I struggle a lot with how dehumanizing some creators act towards the real people they’re basing these challenges on. I appreciate the fact that you acknowledged that they changed their lives/diet because most creators I’ve seen don’t do that and just endlessly make fun of and criticize the people. Food addiction is an eating disorder at the end of the day and they need help and support just like an anorexic person needs help and support.
Kristie is team egg and maple syrup, just like me! Eggs can be TOO egg-y with their flavor, so the sweet relief of maple syrup saves it. (Also, it's pretty much french toast minus the bread 🤣)
I have no reason to love this channel as much as I do. Also my wife's confused face every time I take a glorious bite of something delicious and hold my hand up like there is a fire emoji lol.
Imma be honest. Im 435 pounds and I can guarantee you that the people on this show do not eat like this everyday. It has to be impossible. I would've been full for the entire day just on the breakfast alone. How I racked up the weight was eating only high caloric meals and eating 1.5-2x the portion size (I.E eating 2 big macs instead of 1 or eating 4 scramble eggs instead of 2). It is EXTREMELY easy to get to this size if you eating high caloric foods for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. I am taking accountability for my health and trying to train myself to eat more veggies.
I believe you but some of the people on the show are over 600lbs. The heaviest one even reached 1000lbs. But they definitely compiled the worst meals and used those for the show
It’s kind of hard to extrapolate one’s own personal food experience because of how different of a lifestyle some people live, for example, I’m about 240, about 50 pounds overweight, and I eat 3 very high calorie meals every day (probably 3200 or so on average) and I also snack throughout the day, but I’ve been maintaining weight for a while. It’s very possible people these big do eat like this every day. But as for your weight loss journey my friend, good luck, I hope you make yourself proud, because that’s what’s important at the end of the day

to be fair italian pizzas aren't as... chunky as their american counterparts. One italian pizza probably has as much substance as around 3 slices of one from the usa

Okay, I HAD to click on this, since I've always wondered what a day in the (eating) life of a 600lb person actually looks like! I've been way too heavy myself, but nowhere near the 600lb mark - and I *knew* I ate too much even at my heaviest weight. Props to you both, but especially to Kristie! I couldn't have even made it through the breakfast; I wouldn't have been able to finish that huge plate, and then I'd have been DONE for the day. If I'd been able to have just a little taste of everything at each meal though, without having to eat all or even anywhere near half of it, I'll admit, I'd have been a happy little camper! I'm guessing these huge food amounts are just something that creeps up over time, without the people eating them realising it; I know that's how it was for me. And I also know from my own experieince how hard it can be to cut down, so kudos to anyone who manages to do it successfully.

I just watched that episode the other day, and after she finished all her pizza, burger and fries from her evening meal, she asked him for some of his pizza too! She was really going nuts with all the food! For comparison, I eat one meal a day, and yesterday it was 2 small slices of pizza and a few garlic parmesan bites (Dominos obviously). I was stuffed to the gills! I know it must take a TON of training. I just don't see how a person can hold that much and not be 600 lbs. themselves. Great job though, y'all! I use to eat way to much food and drink soda all day long. Not anymore though and hopefully never again. Kristie you are a trooper! I can’t believe the amount of food you were able to put down. I could never. I lost 96lbs 7 years ago and have kept it off. I use to eat way to much food and drink soda all day long. Not anymore though and hopefully never again. I don’t understand how you all can eat so much and not pass out from it all but it’s fun to watch lol
