BOSS TIPS: MOST IMPORTANT TIP: Precision Evade is (in my opinion) the best skill in the game. So, mastering it can help you a lot during difficult encounters/boss fights. Ninth Sister: Using the Ninth Sister's unblockable moves against her is the key. Right after she does an unblockable, use the Overhead/Leaping slash attack to do some good damage. You can also use the double bladed split-saber attack too. She also likes to parry your attacks frequently, so use those attacks I mentioned instead of low-damage quick attacks. Taron Malicos: I've found that being extremely aggressive against Malicos makes fighting him much easier, as well as parrying his attacks as soon as possible when he becomes aggressive. While you are attacking, make use of the Switch Attack, Delay Thrust, and Delay Combo, as these attacks can quickly deplete his stamina without using your force meter. Once his guard is down, use the Overhead/Leaping Slash attacks or Split-Saber attacks to do high damage. Second Sister: Much like the Ninth Sister, Trilla is vulnerable after her unblockable attacks and combos. So, use your high damage attacks ASAP during your window. If you are having trouble dodging her face grab attack, use Force Slow to give yourself some room. Also, use Precision Evade during her attack combos to get A LOT of Force back. Inquisitor Cal: Here we are, the hardest boss in the game. Remember, Inquisitor Cal has all the same attacks as you do. With that in mind, try to expect what he could do given your location/condition. For example, if you are far away from him, he may try to use Force Slow and follow-up with a Dash Attack. Or if your guard is down, he can surprise you with the Delay Combo and trap you until you die. In my experience, using only a single blade while fighting him is much easier than using double-bladed techniques. Also, when you break Cal's guard, you can only get ONE attack in before his stamina bar is back to full. So, use the Overhead Slash to get the most damage in. Another thing, don't use force slow on him, as you will only waste force. Side Note: Thank you all for watching/liking my video!
Damn. This got my respect. I beat the game multiple times on grand master but this, this is something I didn’t ever even dream of reaching. You are a true Jedi master man.

The twin blades guy said something along the lines of “you’re too slow for me” or “I’m too fast for you” or something like that even though his health was critically low lol
Make no mistake, there are A LOT of failed attempts before this lmao. Inquisitor Cal is actual CBT and sometimes you get really unlucky. Sometimes he will spam force freeze or you'll get trapped in his Double Bladed delay combo and can't escape. It can really just be down to luck with him
I've never seen someone defeat inquisitor Cal so quickly. How did you not get spammed with slow and the double saber combos? Did you just hit him too quickly for him to do those attacks?
Cal will only use slow when you're far away from him, so you can use that to your advantage. As for the delay combo, sometimes you get lucky and he'll rarely use it. The best thing you can do is have the L1 button down anytime you're close to him and not ready to attack. In my experience, a good balance of aggression and defensiveness are key to winning against him. Also, I found that using a single blade instead of double was more effective. The switch attack isn't good against him either, since he can easily dodge and counterattack.
I agree with these tactics, but i find being more aggressive will not make him be cruel with his attacks, like using his unblockables too much and ect. What i say, before getting to him, if he used force slow, the best bet you have is to combat roll to the right but backwards, as he holds his saber in his right hand, your left side. When you get to him, use your normal attack, then your special delay thrust. When he parries and counterattacks, dodge, kick and use your single lightsaber special attack (triangle on PS5). attacking like this will slowly wear away on his block stamina, as long as you are aggressive and quick enough about hitting him but not being hit. Each time you dodge or break his stamina, you will have a small window for a single attack only. I chose the single bladed special attack (triangle on PS5) as this does more damage than the normal attack. EDIT: just realised i used the same strategy as mitchell mcgaha ;( ua-cam.com/video/y-6Sl2Lu8nU/v-deo.html
@@Gurds2702 A good counter for when Inquisitor Cal uses Slow is to use Pull, which is the only power that actually throws him off. By the time his Slow wears off you're Pull will have affected him, gaining you a second to recover or even an opening to counterattack.
Not sure about Inquisitor Cal, but against the other 3 I've noticed that when their stamina is depleted I believe the most damage you can do is 1 basic attack before doing the 2 heavy attacks you were doing against 9th sister, which does more damage in that single combo and also recovers a bit of force power. BUT, maybe forgoing the first slash and going straight to the heavy attacks makes for a faster time and you can rely on using precision evade to gather your force back.
I like to do my heavy attacks ASAP, then use precision evade to get it back quickly before another opening. It's probably the best skill in the game imo
Wow your amazing I couldn’t dream of coming even close to this. Keep up the good work man, I hope you get everything you want with this dedication you deserve it
At this point, you could be a Jedi grandmaster irl. Like holy shit, I can beat the first 3 bosses easily but Inquisitor Cal is brutal. Mad props to you.
Inquisitor Cal is the only boss that I would call unfair. The most annoying thing about him is that he can use Force Slow on you, but you can't use Force Slow on him. Working around his Force Slow (in my opinion) is the hardest thing about him. Cal was also the only boss where I had to practice on Jedi Master before getting to Grandmaster. He's hard to beat, but it's possible!
I beat the Game on my first playthrough on grandmaster. It was sooooo challenging. Finally defeating malicos was the most difficult. I beat the 2nd sister by throwing a probe Droid at her and then bum rushing her hahaha. Can't wait till the next game.
I don't like how the Inquisitor Cal fight literally makes parrying useless. You are forced to use the "Precision evade - kick - hit" move cause that's the only way u can get a hit in without going thru his massive posture bar. I've enjoyed playing all these fights in the practice mode except that one. I can beat all the other 3 bosses without getting hit once with perfect parries on Grandmaster.
Fight Vader? I think you have this wrong. Anakin was one of the most powerful and most skilled jedi of their generation. Only very few could rival him and even less could defeat him when it came down to lightsaber combat(Yoda, Sidious, Windu and Obi-Wan are the only one of their generation, that came to my mind). Kal was barely a padawan when his master was killed. Then he hide, cut his connection to the force, for like 5 years? Even more? Even if his old master suddenly came back to life, they could not defeat Vader. He outclasses them(both of them simultaneously) in lightsaber combat and totally annihilates them when it come to pure force potential. The ending, where you had to run from Vader, otherwise you would be killed, that was the best ending they could come up with. You proved yourself to be a skillful Jedi by defeating Inquisitors who were chasing you, but this does not mean that you are ready to face Vader. Hell, Ahsoka, who knew him, trained with him for years, could only scratch him when he was distracted, from behind. The guy lifted AT-AT with his MIND for cryin' out loud.
Wow you must be either really good or very coordinated because I am decent at the game but you’re like really good I would love to watch you play Star Wars Jedi survivor and see if you’re any good on it
@Cam the lego man In terms of General Tips, I would say that parrying isn't always the best solution to some enemies. For example, the Jotaz on Zeffo are quite unforgiving if you fuck up a parry. A better method would be dodging out out the way instead. Also, if an enemy doesn't have a stamina bar, you're probably better off dodging instead (with some exceptions like the Nydaks on Dathomir).
There is a way to defeat Malicos faster. I'm forgetting the exact detail at the moent but landing dodge kicks helps, and, i think there might be a way where if you got one attack in just before guard break, then do the double blade attack from the saberstaff, you can also do lightsaber throw and hit him when he gets knocked away. But you have to make sure he isn't off axis or it'll miss, and you may be able to get even more damage with a sprint attack after/during it too. Nice stance dancing btw.
Damn... You made the Inquisitor Cal fight look so easy, whut?? I haven't been able to defeat him in Jedi Master yet... And the Lightsaber throw to damage him when he is baiting you is something I recently found out haha. Idk who came up with that bait idea but it was too funny when I first saw it xD
Quick question. Is there a way to earn more maximum health? I saw it on another video, but y’all have a higher health bar than I do, and I’ve collected every skill and secret in the game
I just beat this game a couple weeks ago but I didn’t face inquisitor cal, is this just like a bonus boss you can fight or do you actually fight him in the story??
I still dont understand why game devs and even live action SW makers so obsessed with lightsabers barfing sparks after every action. In prequels and original trilogy lightsabers blocked blaster bolts and other lightsabers just with a slight flash. Now it is like fireworks stick.
Yeah, I forgot to prove that part lol. At 1:50, I tried to parry Malicos' attack in between the unblockable attacks. You can tell that I tried to parry it but it didn't count. The parry timing between Master and Grandmaster is huge. You should test it yourself and you'll see what I mean
Against cal, you simply got lucky or have timing that perfect that he doesnt perform other moves. The amount of times he dodges or sidesteps to attacks before you can react is insane. This challenge is bullshit. It should have been 3 waves ending with trilla. Including cal was a dumbass move by these dumbass devs.
Inquisitor Cal is fast and ruthless, definitely the hardest boss in the game. But I enjoyed overcoming the challenge. I'm a fan of mimic enemies since they test how much you know your own moveset.
@Dez I've thought about picking up Academy and KOTOR, but I heard Academy's multiplayer servers aren't that populated anymore, sadly. Do you need multiplayer to get the best experience?
I handle all bosses on Jedi Master difficulty without too many problems, but my ability to parry and dodge is nowhere near the level of flawless shown in this video.
