the reason the promos are good is because there's no script and while the matches do have scripted endings the matches they are better produced because they actually let the wrestlers do their own thing plus the product is tailored more towards hardcore fans and given Tony Khan knows how wrestling was back in the mid to late 90's that's what he wanted to bring back and so far they all have done good with it

They push limits much like guys did during the Attitude era. The product looks very different but there's an edge here that feels nostalgic.
