Katrina Daniel, Patient Access Manager, remarks on how she's grown as a professional due to the support and opportunities she's had at Action.
Katrina has been with ABC for over 4 years, where she started as an RBT. She's since grown through the ranks of Clinic Admissions Associate and now Patient Access Manager. As Patient Access Manager, she's able to support families on a case by case basis to ensure their needs are being met by our programs.
When asked what behaviors she considers necessary for growth/recognition, she responded "For me, growth started with setting a goal and relentlessly pursuing the path to achieve it. At my core, I am very competitive and newer want to be outworked. I asked for more responsibilities and strive to execute every task I am given with accuracy. Overall, I think being bold and confident in your abilities will help others see those strengths, too!"
