So this is just the guys singing and maybe quagmire is apologizing to everyone for killing them. Joe is completely OK with it since he can probably mimic people and he can finally walk Peter is just freaked out that he’s just a floating head, but he soon gets his full body back after Stewie leaves, and Cleveland is just really really confused and freaked out and quagmire is just sitting down disappointed that he killed his best friends but soon he gets over it since his friends is OK with it
I feel like this song is basically them saying that if they ever break free that they will miss quagmire because he'd basically be the only one left alive

Those things means after the cutscene when Joe and Cleveland got killed and being ripped apart by Quagmire after getting corrupted, and peter lost his head in aftermath (crotheon cover) and they combined into sythol, and the guys being trapped with no escape on sythol's body.
