Thanks for the video. it helped me a lot while downloading the data. Other than "R" and coding which you explained in the other video. How can we downscale the data to a specified location (finer resolution)?
thanks Ms For your video. if the impact of climate change on crop water requirement rather than rainfall and temperature how could consider the variable of Wind speed ,solar radiation, and relative humidity.
Hi, first of all....thank you so much for the video and the followup about opening these files in R. This really has saved me so much time. Next, I was curious about the ensemble note. You mentioned you should always use the same ensemble. I am working on a project where I would like data from multiple climate centers and 3 scenarios: historical, rcp45, and rcp85. Do I have to use the same ensemble across just the 3 scenarios or across scenario AND climate center? Thanks!
Thanks for your helpful tutorial. Pls, how to download data for a specific location with longitude and latitude? I have my study area in my country with its longitude and latitude coordinates but when I follow your tutorial, I did not see a place where you put these coordinates. Thanks...
google this , go there they have data extraction tool it contains 6 gcm data downscaled on regcm4 rcm by iitm , this tool will help you to get regional data in netcdf and .csv format
thanks for your information and video. I have a question on 1 how I can dynamically downscale the GCM for my study area if you have tutorial video, please upload it 2. how I can extract once I downloaded the GCM data following your video for my station 3. as you know that different GCM models have a different horizontal resolution. how I can regrind into my interest grid sizes? thanks for your reply
Thanks for the video, this was very helpful, although a lot has change in the website now. please can you help me with precipitation code as your example was on maximum temperature. secondly your model was CanESM2(84) ie for PERU. Is that applicable to west Africa. if not kindly reply suggest. thanks
as you said i will make some video to show how to visualize it have you done that? and how i can send you some email regarding the problem i got in cmip5 ?
