Spark is like anything that's new to you. Give it a few weeks. Get to know their system....go through a learning curve and making some mistakes along the way but most important stay persistent when things don't go your way. As a Customer who uses Walmart➕️ nearly daily, I wanted to show gratitude for all you guys do!! The only time I'm upset is when someone steals from me or when they leave my order at the gate. I don't live at the gate, I live in a house. (again, lying and stealing) I ordered 4 different Frebreze Small Spaces and a bag of chips. With cameras all over my property, I see dude walking 🚶🏼♂️ up to my home and the bag looks flat AF. I was expecting a female not a dude. She was in the backseat. I was like, I know you fn lying smh! Another Driver stole some ribbons 🎀 etc for crafting. Things have since improved. Because more professional contractors have hit the scene. Gratitude♡.

So I believe it's ok for Walmart Spark drivers to have someone in the car with them but I do think they are still the ones suppose to drop off the order. Sorry that happened. I had a rough first day and messed up my last order...or at least i think i did. Learned a lot though. And i did alcohol delivery on my first day and shop and deliver. Our walmarts were great, helpful and fast. I didnt pay attention to my times. I have no idea what my metrics will end up looking like. But i will do it again. Wont drive all across town! I will take UE in between. And i may message the customer to let them know i am on the way, especially if i have alcohol.! I think there is potential in my town once i figure it all out. These videos are so helpful!
Never reject what u don't want. Just let it disappear. Go to a walmart and start job searching there. Also if you do need to call for a order cancelation stress to them where you came from and wait time for good compensation of your time
i just started my 1st time was cool but when you pull up and confirm your spot on the app, they get the alert then if you can catch a bid for 2stops with good pay great less miles on your vehicle when i was on time for a pickup, but Walmart was slow. I got an alert from Spark getting incentive pay for the wait. hard part is trying to push the button to accept before another driver snatches it up lol.

Since doing shipt these past couple of weeks. I’ve learned we have a lot of ignorant and entitled people in Indianapolis. Especially the Whitestown/Carmel/Zionsville area.
I personally haven't had any issues with those areas besides the Westside because they act like they cant tip in some areas. I also haven't gotten the chance to go up to those areas a lot though. Thanks for the feedback and watching!
I just got accepted on the Walmart spark app. How do you know which order is which? Are they labeled with the address of the order? First time doing anything like this😅
Congrats! The app will guide you through it the first time but normally they have you scan the barcode of which order you have. I suggest starting with one trip instead of the batch orders. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
Great video, all I have to say is Sam’s club is the worst. They really need to do better. Most of the time the order has already been picked up but I did learn after 20-30 mins you can cancel with no impact to your metrics.
Sit there for anywhere for 5mins to 1hr. If you see them loading cars it’s a good thing. Count the cars before you. 5 people waiting your 6th. But they send orders same orders 5 different drivers. Good app but no perfect!! Just drop order and move on!
The problem with tech, is it exacerbates laziness... And if you're in Southern California capital of lazy you can literally punctuate that. You have never seen apartment complexes Orange County, were the apartments play as housing units, they don't have necessarily have unit numbers, they are stacked as addresses- which serves for two purposes, both political. Now that you know where this is going 🤔 These complexes are freaking huge... hey are sprawling, over acres, and we're not just talking one to two acres some of these up to ten or more acres. And then you run into what is known as a 'Rapunzel run' is always at least 120 - 40 lb bag of kitty litter, kitty chow, weird size boxes with lots of extra separate boxes of batteries, and her flat of water. All delivered to the farthest unit on the top level in her little feminist parapet... seething with entitlement. In her mind, as if this was "the only way to ever do shopping" - - saving this lazy heffah a trip to Petco. All the tech companies do is leverage The lazy... again, their business model demands they do, they have to extend the hand to ingratiate any greazy element that helps extend the sustainability call their greazy little empires - while they can get away with it... um. no. Amazon finally, FINALLY, did something about the Gen Z, (you know) the cinnamon toast crunch, weed and Cheeto crowd, using click bots, they tossed a bunch of the out deactivated them. Knowing it literally pained them to do it.. as that is their universal / global demographic. As for spark, if I did it, I would be tempted to try spark, but I'm not shopping for anybody, I would do delivery only.
Ooh that’s a long time and I waited over a year. And don’t bother calling to withdraw your application and re-apply in another area that does have openings. ( if you’ve come across videos saying you can do that) That hack no longer works. If you withdraw an application, I was told you will not be able to apply ever again…..
I stopped doing curbside shortly after starting last summer. Too long of wait times and the pay was a lot lower for multiple stops. Shopping for me is fun! Plus it pays more. Win, win.
Curbside can definitely take forever for no reason and also have glitches in their system which is so annoying. Shopping can be fun too. I was doing that with Shipt and Instacart so for Walmart spark I just wanted to try something different. Thanks for watching!

Sparks are so poor these days, $7- $13 , 3 deliveries ,9.5 or more miles . It can be frustrating when it is your only means of income.

This is my same delivery area for flex and instacart...I get huge $50 batches from Meijer on Washington 20min or less
