I was so excited to find your video. I have Beet 2, right side is not working. BUT, unfortunately I didn't found middle screw inside of the speaker. Instead, it has two some kind if internal clips I can see them thru rectangular openings in the middle of the speaker. Thanks for watching! Sounds like you have the Solo 2 wireless which look different internally than the wired only version. You will need to remove the outside panel by peeling up the circular ring around the B logo and unscrewing the screws found underneath it. Once you have removed all four screws, the inside and outside panels will be able to slide apart. Just be very delicate as there are fine wires that can be damaged easily. MD.
Can you make a video for Solo 3 wireless please. I purchased a new main internal wire with pre installed male connectors but having issues with the wires that need soldered to the speakers (looks like multi colored twisted wires strands) . Hi, I've just been watching some of your Beats Headphone repair UA-cam videos and they are great. Unfortunately I live in the UK and your repair service cant help me, but can you answer this question. I have a pair of Beats Solo 2 wireless headphones and the sound has stopped working in the right hand side speaker. This only happens when connected via Bluetooth but it works perfectly fine when I use a wired connection. I have tried resetting the headphones without any luck, and have also checked the balance settings on the devices I've tried connecting them too. In your experience would the problem be the connecting wire in the right hand speaker as shown in your video ? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I opened mine on both sides (left side not working) and, although I noticed some damage on the white cord, I couldn't find any damage on the ones inside. Is still possible to be that part the one that's not working or is something else?
Thanks for watching! If one side is not working on your Solo 2's, simply switch the speaker from left to right side and vice versa. If the speaker that was not working, now works on the other side, you know that it is likely the internal wiring that is at fault. If the speaker still does not work, then it means that the speaker itself is bad. MD.

Thanks for watching! No, the internal wire for the Solo 2 Wired does not work for the Solo 2 wireless. We do not currently sell the internal wire for the Solo 2 wireless as the replacement of the wire is extremely tedious and the only way to get the wire is to remove it from a working set of Solo 2 wireless headphones. My beats solo 2 wireless hinges are a bit loose and wobbly. Nothing seems to be broken but the weak hinges worry me. Any advices?
+Jason Park those would require a hinge swap. That's the only way to fix that issue.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU! It's not as easy as it looks when you do it, but I was able to manage. :)
That is good! Thanks for watching!
What tool do you use to pry the thing off with and where can i find it?
+Asa S what thing off?
I changed the wire but the right speaker still doesn’t work. What can it be? Thanks a lot!
This could be a blown speaker. If you would like for us to repair it, you can fill out our repair form here: JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services
When you completely disassemble them, do you reuse the wire or...
Thanks for watching! Generally if the issue is the internal wire, we do replace it to see if this fixes the issue.
You are the MAN!! Thank you so much.

so my left side volume is lower than the right side volume by a noticeable amount and when I position it a certain way it works when I move it does not would this be a wire issue and if so how much would it cost to repair? Pls help =(

My Beats Solo Hd right side sounds very low and I can’t make it bigger for my head size or else the sound completely leaves, can you please help me? What should I do?
It seams that there is something causing the internal wire to become lose. We do offer repair services here if you would like: JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services . CH
To me its the actual chord thats broken, I have to find 'the sweet spot' so I can actually hear in the left earpiece (sometimes some frequencies are pretty terrible sounding or non existent, or the left ear is barely audible
Gotcha, have you tried using a different aux cable? We sell the cables on our website here: www.joesge.com/products/beats-by-dre-audio-cable-3-5mm-with-mic-control-red If it is the AUX port in the headphones, we can replace it for around $45 if you send the headphones in to us here: JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services MD.
What if it has 3 wires and the problem is coming from the left speaker, i have a set of (preSonus Hd9 pro monitoring headphones) and 2 days after they arrived the left speaker went out, can anyone help?

I opened mine on both sides (left side not working) and, although I noticed some damage on the white cord, I couldn't find any damage on the ones inside. Is still possible to be that part the one that's not working or is something else?
Thanks for watching! If one side is not working on your Solo 2's, simply switch the speaker from left to right side and vice versa. If the speaker that was not working, now works on the other side, you know that it is likely the internal wiring that is at fault. If the speaker still does not work, then it means that the speaker itself is bad. MD.
@@Joesge thanks!
You are most welcome :) MD.
hey its me again how exactly do u know if the battery is dead or its a bad charging port
+Tony Contreras if you plug in the wire and no lights show up and you know your charger cable is good then you have a charger port.
Would the parts work for my first Gen solo beats headphones? they have the same problem
Hello and thank you for watching JoesGE UA-cam. The wire is different than the one is this video.
JP
what wires go to what.. mines are just broken in 2
Do you have cargo to Turkey?

My beats are having problems with the right ear but with an exact position the right side works at times.. would this be the fix?
+Nick J this would be the fix
I have this same problem, so you have to buy a new wire if this is the case?
does the same internal wire works for the wireless as well?
Thanks for watching! No, the internal wire for the Solo 2 Wired does not work for the Solo 2 wireless. We do not currently sell the internal wire for the Solo 2 wireless as the replacement of the wire is extremely tedious and the only way to get the wire is to remove it from a working set of Solo 2 wireless headphones. We can usually repair the wiring issues with the Solo 2 wireless for around $60-80 if you would like to send them in for repair. You can send them in for repair by following the steps on our website here: JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services. CH.
what if they are on for a second, start cutting out, then turn off and dont work again, also when you unplug the wire it turns fully off, but not with my problem
Thanks for the comment. Can you confirm the model of your headphones?

Joe's Gaming & Electronics .
Joe's Gaming & Electronics here is a pic
Hello, thank you for this video.
i've a problem with mine:`In wireless mode (bluetooth) the right earphone does not work but in wired mode it works. Have you an idea of the breakdown?
This can be an AUX jack or aux jack wire. Those two are the main ones. Sometimes it can be a Bluetooth board or speaker but unlikely.
Joe's Gaming & Electronics thx. And how fix it?
You would take the left side apart. Find the wire from the AUX jack that lead to the Bluetooth board and replaced it. Its a 5 core wire with a clip.
I followed the video and put the new wire but my right speaker still doesn’t work. how do I know if my speaker is broken or bad
Never mind I rewatched the part were you sodderd the wire and I did it wrong they work thanks for the video and wire and ear cushion sticky’s.
You are welcome, glad that the issue was solved! CH
My beats solo 2 wireless have a problem that when i using Bluetooth just one earphone work. but when i use the aux contact the earphones are work fine. Can you help me?
+Adir Elfasi your Bluetooth or AUX internal wire are having an issue!
It's bad, i wanted to buy stuff from the online store but it doesn't ship to Belgium.. to bad :( so what I want to ask is, can you use the same internal wire or not after you removed it ? Greets
You can’t since the wire is ripped
Hey man what gauge wire did you replace it with?
+Patrick Grider 1MM
Joe's Gaming & Electronics how much do you charge to do this, because I am causing more damage than it'd worth
Patrick Grider $60 flat rate -

Do you sell the internal wire for solo 3 with adhesive?
Thanks for reaching out to us Ethan. We do not sell the main internal wire for the Solo 3 wireless headphones as the replacement is extremely tedious and the wire can only be obtained by taking it out of a working set of Solo 3's. MD.
The right side of my beats are not working but if I hold the muffs in a curtain in a spot it will work. Do you think the wire needs to be replaced or it’s just loose?
Thanks for the info. That is a common issue with the Solo 3. That usually indicates faulty internal wiring. We can repair your headphones for around $60-80 if you send them in to us by following the steps here: JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services MD.
Ok thanks. If I get a solo 3 internal wire from a working solo 3 is the replacement procedure the same as what’s in the video here?
The wire replacement on the Solo 3 is entirely different from what is shown in this video. The main internal wire in the Solo 3's is a 5 core wire with small plugs on each end. It has some extremely thin wires in it that will tear very easily if you are not careful with the installation. MD.
I have beats solo 2 wireless and the battery is dead and the right side is broken how much would it be to fix
+Tony Contreras right side not working can be a few issues but with two issues a repair can be around $100 or so.
Where can i buy the pry tool at?
Thanks for watching! We do not sell this tool specifically, but you can use an exact o knife or a thin piece of metal to pry. Just be careful to not damage the casing/wiring.

You sure can.
Joe's Gaming & Electronics where can I purchase the charger port at I live in Anderson SC
Mine doesn't have a screw in the middle
You have a wireless pair then.
How come beats solo 2 lose their bass?
Maybe because your wire is defective? They should not be loosing base unless the driver is damaged.
Roblox Weight Lifting 🏋🏾♀️ 🏋🏾 🏋🏾♂️ Simulator Music😂😂

Problem, they charge 129 to fix it cuz is out of warranty, that was fast
