Well done review Zdenka! That is really an attractive gimbal for the money. The user interface options of using either the screen or buttons seemed really easy to learn and the screen was very readable. If this handle is slippery as you indicated it could be whether from the cold wearing gloves or perspiration in a warmer climate, it would be very easy and inexpensive to add a tennis racket overgrip wrap for $5 without gluing something to it. . The Weebill S and Moza Aircross 2 have some competition!

I love this gimbal! Use it for my m50 with a smallrig cage. Its even better with the cage because it has an arca swiss plate all over the bottom AND gives you access to the batterie door. I use it with the efm 22mm f2 and the ef 50mm 1.8 with an adaptor. Such powerfull combo!

I would have to actually try the Ronin.... I have 0 experience with their large gimbals
I've got one, based on your for review :) Sometimes it might happen that cable control on new gimbal doesn't work properly - It could have happened that in factory it was tested with for example SONY, then Canon camera won't work - two things must be done - 1. upgrade gimbal firmware to your camera brand (via phone app), 2- reset wifi on gimbal (hold trigger button and joystick UP simultaneously and tap 'settings' on OLED screen)

I was wondering if theres any option to add counterweight to this unit, if I plan to use bigger cameras?
I would strongly suggest to get stronger gimbal for that.
I think this is a good place to start with a gimbal if you can stay within the payload guidelines. About $100 cheaper than the next step up and I think most people don’t use the focus wheel. Thanks for sharing. 🥂

Thank you for this great review Zdenka. You convinced me to buy it!!! First, I have one question for you. Does it work fine when you attach an external mic on a Canon EOS R? Is there space to shift the camera, and insert the connector, without unbalancing the gimbal? The reason I ask is, as a newbie to gimbals about a year ago, I had huge issues attaching "anything" when using a Zhiyun Smooth 4 - and other gimbals - with my phone. Thank you very much!
I think you should be ok but I don’t know your camera as I don’t have it so it is hard to say for sure

Great video Zdenka. I used the Canon M6 mk2 with this gimbal. Noticed that there wasn't a Type c to Type C cable with the gimbal to fit it. Had to buy it separately. Assumed you did the same? Regards.

Thanks for the video, how do you do with the Record button, when i connect the cable to my m50 it disable the Screen, it let me use the Record button in the gimbal but cant change the Iso and more thing in the screen .
I am sorry I don’t know. You might check compatibility in the manual. Some cameras don’t get those features

I will make my question a bit clearer. In the beginning you take 3 scenes with the Canon M-6 in "hard walk", "soft walk" and "Run". You do the same with the Sony A-7. But at the beginning of those scenes is the warning "no gimbal". So that is why it is not clear to me in which of those 3 scenes the gimbal was used or not. Also because I don't really see a big difference in those scenes and find them all quite jerky for a gimbal. (therefore my question in which of those scenes did you use the gimbal). No gimbal means handheld.... no gimbal... yes to some people this might not be the most stable one

I was about to get that as an upgrade, but by the image samples, my FeiyuTech G6 Max is way less shaky. Not sure if I gonna pull the trigger :/

Superb video! So professional. But I would like to see a little more footage when you are stationary and are panning. I wasn't so impressed with the footage when you were walking, it seemed a little shaky

Hi-being a really cautious buyer I just had to ask: even though you were demoing with the same camera I have (EOS M6 II), you never really out and out said there was full compatibility between it and the AK2000c. Did you find that to be the case? For instance, at around 9:00 into your video you were talking about aperture and ISO control for the camera thru the gimbal. And the next screen shows white balance, etc. did you find that all of those functions were controllable for the M6 II? Can you initiate recording and mundane things like that from the gimbal? Thanks for your video!
Some things I couldn’t test as I didn’t have enough time. If it says in manual which is online available for download then it is available. Canon didn’t allow me much. Sony has more features. I hope this helps

Not sure if you created a video on this but I'm having trouble finding information showing me how to connect my canon eos M50 to feiyutech sk2000C gimbal in order to use the remote to take pictures & record videos. I'm still having to use the buttons manually on my camera & it's so frustrating. Even the Feiyutech website tutorials don't show how to do this. Can you please create a video showing & telling how to do this? Or if you've created a video already showing how to do this can you please direct me to that video? Thanks! Greatly appreciate it!!

So I assume there's no issue with this gimbal and a m50 or a6400 with a 16mm Sigma 1.4 as far as the balancing and arms interference
You can check everything on their website... there are also max measurements for lens

I unfortunately don’t remember anymore as this is a very old video. I believe that you have to mount the camera physically vertical… However I should have said in the video if it is able to come vertical. If I didn’t say that then it is probably not possible
