- t different car events, we filmed the good 'old' Aston Martin V8 Vantage! As you might know, the V8 exhaust sound is very raspy, something we definitely love. Check out the video including some revs and a lot of loud accelerations and let us know what you think of the exhaust sound of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage!

Saw one on the motorway today, sounded heavenly
My father had a 2008 V8 Vantage S, and it sounded amazing.
Just bought one... Waiting for it to show up!
How much?
@@r3bel992 most likely 29-45k not bad for an Aston TBH
For anyone wondering, the grey one at 1:12 is a 4.7
With pre-facelift wheels on a 4.3? I would say it's a 4.3 more than likely.
@@fairygodbrother yes sorry, after spending a bit of time on the aston groups I see now that very late 2008 4.3 came with the antenna deleted. Must've been produced shortly before the 4.7 became standard.
Hope is was the 6-speed manual version! 😎
First nice vidéo 👍💪
thank you!
JWT Supercars 😉
They must took out the 22 fuse

1:29
Audi go out please
My canal got banned Now I have a new one help me to expand them to you and I hope you have a great day
It's same v8 4.3 in the jaguar??
Not quite. Wikipedia explains it better than i could, but it's still an in house special, just built to similar specs as the jag one
Jag didn't make a 4.3. It's loosely based on the AJ4.2 but almost nothing is interchangable. Block and head castings, but everything from the timing gear to the pistons, the crank, the intake and exhaust systems, all completely different as is the fact that it has a dry sump system. They really are very different engines.
European v8s sound so much nicer than the Americans.
That doesnt make sense, Americans use pushrod and multi-cam engines and different firing patterns. Throwing them all in a lump is pretty ignorant. The AJ37 sounds a lot like a Ford 4.6...
Not necessarily. The Aston does have an amazing sound though
The design of this engine is very much Japanese
Not always, V8s are all good, some better than others Audi 5 cylinder sounds good, Bmw v10 is awesome too
I'm european and I can't possibly agree with that.
Not bad but the F type-R sounds waaaaay better!!!
