Sorry to hear about your loss! Being independent right until the end is the way to go! Even with my Dad having dementia, we made sure to keep him home and kept him busy right until the end. He was happy the whole way. Anyhow, I like your approach, it’s better to celebrate life than sitting around feeling sad. Cheers 🍻
