- In today's video, we explore the charming old town of Zadar. There are so many beautiful sights to see and countless old-style streets to walk down. Zadar is also said to have the most beautiful sunset in the world, so you know we had to check that out. During this video, we check out some of the most popular sights such as the Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, Crkva sv. Donata, Cathedral of St. Anastasia, People's Square, and more. Beautiful city. The museum of archeology is a must. A lot of Zadar was bombed in WW2 by the allies thus there is a mix of ancient and 1950’s architecture. Do not forget to see the church of St. Mary beside the museum. Destroyed in the war and then rebuilt in the 1970’s with pillars from the Roman times. I also fell in love with this town. Another Unesco World Heritage site.

Unbelievable the amount of olive trees there were, and wild grown, so cool. Were you able to pic your own olives as you walked around or was that not allowed? Sea organ so interesting! I’ve always wanted to visit Croatia for years, thanks for the in-depth insight 👍🏼😜
