thank you for uploading. wonderful. watched the 6 episodes. anymore? I have been completely housebound for 5 years. crime drama really brightens my day.
Well Patience and Astrid are identical story lines. I like watching them both. I understand what helpful interaction with autistic friends can look like. Thanks
Anyone that has seen Walter Presents Astrid will find it very hard to watch Patience. Patience is an English remake of this series and it pales by comparison. I urge you to watch Astrid it is absolutely brilliant.
Yes! Walter Presents Astrid is the better series IMO. I’m enjoying Patience too. It’s interesting to note the differences between the two series as well as the differences between Astrid and Patience.
I tried, but the storylines are identical to the French version (Astrid) so I know where the story is going. If they brought something unique (like Ghosts UK and Ghosts US) it’d be worth watching. But they don’t, and the French version on PBS is 4 seasons in, and the lead females are great. The leads in Astrid are so good it’s hard to watch others try it.
What a sad, pathetic character DS Hunter is. He obviously thinks he's god's gift to detection for some reason and is idiotically jealous of the DI's interaction with someone else.
Remakes are common … British shows Ghosts, The Office, Whose Line Is It Anyway, etc… were made into really good US versions. What’s nice is if the new version brings interesting new perspectives - which is hard to do. (“The IT Crowd” US version with Joel McCale was a train wreck. The US “Whose Line” was a hit, but the American attempt at “Would I Lie To You” was unwatchable.) We’ll see if the UK can match the French version - Astrid… it’s a very high bar.
We don't have to have everything spelt out in our dramas like Americans have to. Obviously her interest was piqued by the other file and why it was given to her.

I’m loving this, so if Astrid is even better I’ll enjoy both shows immensely!
…Thank-You!!
I don’t think it’s an English remake. It seems Belgium is heavily featured in the credits at the end?
I agree with you.Remakes are not always good.

Where to watch Astrid?
Amazing series. Cant wait for the next ones.
Burglary…..ahhhh yes, that thing the police used to deal with 😂
An ancient police endeavor they no longer visit.
NOOOO!!!! YOU CAN'T END IT LIKE THAT!!

Thanx!
I like this show. Too much criticism

Mark Benton totally miscast as the Chief Inspector.
❤😊❤❤❤❤
What is wrong with Patience?
This is a total clone of the french series Astrid.
Noticed that with this episode.

Astrid & Raphaelle is a much stronger original
I agree it's a complete copy cat version of Astrid.
It's the english copy of Astrid et Raphaelle. Sorry, but the French series is better.
Love it all the same..
This Raphaelle are weird
Literal copy from a French serie 😅

Why would she say
"You brought me the

through the wrong file?
Backwards these UK
shows speak backwards.
Exhausting.
Sometimes but not always

Sorry Chrysalis but

Yes I'm doing well.
Ditto to you Kenyon.
If only the English could speak English
Ach, don't be picky
We do. However we have lots of different accents throughout England.
