Valentine's Heart on a dual tone - Red and Pink - base. To create this modified Bloom, I am using pure artist pigments mixed with my PM. (BEHR 8300 Deep base (70%) + Jo Sonja Gloss Varnish (30%)). This was a commissioned piece and I created some custom yellow, red, and orange colors to be accented by the Brown-Black and Gold Cell Activators.
