- Tutorial for how to fold my Easy Flasher Baseball Cap. As a prerequisite, you should first fold the basic Easy Flasher Hat. In this video I use a 27-inch by 20-inch rectangle of Wyndstone Marble, but it came out a little too large, so I now recommend using 24-inch by 18 inch rectangle or even 22 X 17 or 21 X 16 if you have a small head. You can use just about any type of paper, with the exception tissue paper, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

This model really calls for using rectangular paper, but if you really want to use a square you can start by folding two opposite sides in a bit so that it makes a rectangle.

You can use any size rectangle; just know that the longer the rectangle, the longer the brim of the hat will be. If it's too long, you can always cut off the extra or fold it off.

Ya, Michael's is a corrugation, but not a flasher. A flasher needs to have a center onto which the surrounding paper collapses in from all sides.
It's not too hard to make, but maybe slightly harder than the Easy Flasher Barrister's Wig.
Cool design when I made it I called it a cap
The main part of the model, and my favorite step in origami is decriping! When I was doing it i love that part and that was so fun for me to!☺😊👍👌💐🎂

Weird! Even when completely dried it still sticks? What are you using... label paper? Stickers? I'd say try to find some other paper... brown paper bags cut into rectangles and pieced together with tape should work. How about wrapping paper. Or even taping a bunch of pieces of printer paper together should work.

Jeremy, why don’t you want to teach the hat flasher like it’s really cool and it has a lot of folds but when are you gonna make it or are you never gonna show it on UA-cam? It’s OK if you don’t show it on UA-cam, but you gotta show me what it look like because I wanna see what it looks like.
