Thanks Jordan. I like that you keep everything straight forward and simple.
Thanks for the comment Peter!
I meant to leave my comment on THIS video! I got the rodecaster 2 -- Still stands, you've helped me through like 5 different setups as i've been experimenting and growing and I appreciate it!
Glad I could help!
Thanks for this video. I’ve been trying to figure out why my audio has a hiss in the background and your videos finally helped me understand my gain was turned up too much.
I’m trying to figure this out :( super loud hiss
Try turning your gain down
Do you need both of the cables
Thanks for the video, this is what I was looking for, question how can I delete or decrease the background noise. I have de rodecaster pro with a rode podmic but somtimes the background noise is too heavy. Thanks
You can modify the noise gate, change your microphone position, or try to reduce/remove the noise from your environment.
❤
What would you recommend to limit mic bleeding when using the rode podmic and the rodecaster pro 2?
Better mic positioning and perhaps a tighter noise gate. But the tighter noise gate would be my last resort.
Hey! I have a RodecasterPro 2 and 2 Podmics. When I connect only 1 Podmic the audio is perfect, but when I turn on the second mic track (without connecting the xlr) I start to hear a static noise. This also happends when I use the third or fourth track. Does somebody knows how I can fix this?
when I use my set up on obs I hear like a hissing and buzzing how can i get rid of this please help thank you
You could apply a "Noise Reduction" filter to your source on OBS (the default obs one is already very good but if you have an Nvidia graphics card you can also install special drivers and get an even better filter on OBS).
Almost related.
