Canva just might be the best tech company in terms of consistent and valuable innovation at a digestible rate. Every few weeks there is something new, amazing, and _useful_ beyond just window dressing. It is one of the few tech companies where I feel my money is actually going into making the product better and new ideas are put into reality at a steady rate and not just feeding pigs at the trough. So, so good.

I would love to see two things: 1) The ability to change fonts within the same line of text 2) The ability to wrap a single block of text around photos

Once the text to image is officially rolled out, they should allow for the images to be editable as well. For example let's say we had a color scheme/ brand colors we were wanting to use, and we wanted to match the AI generated images to use a specific color, by allowing for the image to be editable we can match the colors to a specific color.
@@arielm.1378 I think they would be the first text to imagine feature that would offer something like that... Editing a text to imagine AI generated concept would be fantastic and would definitely help bridge the gap & allow for even more creativity
@@carlos_mann Yeah, it would really help out especially when you're trying to describe a certain aesthetic or a VERY specifc concept. Changing the colors would be awesome! I notice that a lot of the images tend to generate in very bright (almost neon) colors, which is usually not my style.
Let's see what they come up with. I believe one main issue with Text to Image is the copyright issue. You will still have to respect Canva's licensing agreements even with AI generated images.

Hi, I know you’re holding on Canva, but the issue is how to a compete against free software like CapCut? I can’t believe it took them that long to get a time duration for a sticker. Next, you’re going to claim when they finally get auto captions in different fonts available, when it’s the next greatest thing despite the fact it’s available on free software currently. I spend more time in Capcut now then Canva

This is great i don't have lighting equipment yet my question is I am trying to download video content directly from my iphone 8 but their is not a Canva icon! Do I have to download my video content first before I upload to Canva!!? I can upload my photos directly to Canva no problem. The AI text to image that is coming is my favourite! Thanks Ronnie!
@@TeamRonDi I found a way to upload directly from my phone to my desktop so everything is ok now! What I did is use the camera link on my desktop and added my iphone and ipod as a device downloaded it no problem!

Hey John 👋 Haha, sliced bread for the win 🫶 I don't know of an effect that would allow you to rotate that car like you mentioned. This would require a 3D modelling of the car, which Canva cannot do atm.

I usually save as a PDF so the links are clickable and the customer has a copy but I see I should probably use some of the other share options.

Most features should be available. There’s not really a list to share… but whenever I explain new features, I try to tell on which device(s) they are available 😊
My favorite feature is the last one you mentioned about embedding with a simple command+c command+v. If I'm sharing the Canva creation, can I download it as a PDF and it will still work? If not, what can I download it as. I like to put my UA-cam videos into my PDFs, but the links haven't been working. I've just done QR codes instead.
Embeds won’t work in PDFs. None of them, only links will work in PDFs. If you want your embeds to work, try sharing a Canva View Only link or share your design as a website 😊

You can, but you’ll need to make a text box first, add the text of your URL then add the link to this text box.

You’ll first need to use the BG Remover, than change the BG to whatever you want.
