The Magic Media is showing "0 credits left". I dont recall anything I did to waste all the credits from it. Yesterday, it was around "425 credits". How did this become "0 credits"? Is it a glitch due to the upgradation happening from CANVA for Droptober or something else? Please help me!

I am trying to do the add-on for Google and it will not install. I stopped my Adblocker and it still won't let me install the Canva to Google add-on! Do you have any advice? I REALLY want to try it!! TY!
Canva saves every single design you ever even start working on, idek if you have to work on it. All the designs I have added even a template, not doing anything, it still saves it and from Canva you can save it from the app to your camera roll
I've been a bit disappointed by the upgrade as there seems to be glitches with everything even more so with the image to frame I wish I could get it to work.paid for upgrade and it just doesn't seem to do anything tried lots of images all apparently too big which makes no sense and then when it does work you just get a rectangular frame that was always available anyway.
Hi Blondie, The image to frame app is a third party app, it's not made by Canva. I also gave it a try and was disappointed. I wouldn't waste my time with it, TBH.
I seriously hope that the image creator is better than what it used to be. Not a fan of the magic AI. I think canva is desperately trying to catch the AI train but seriously falls short every single time. I've been using Canva for... 7(?) years now but am not too impressed with the last few changes (it's been about a year now). Most changes are mehh

Indeed, they rolled out Dream Lab without that "image upload" button. Which was present when we got to beta test Dream Lab. My bet is that it's coming in the near future!

Don't have the create your own mockup in my account is it still rolling out? Was a bit disappointed with the updates personally I thought they could have done more for websites. It's almost like they are ignoring websites altogether for the last 2 years. The rest is okay but nothing earth shattering that my students care about personally.

I wouldn’t think it’d be easier and free to get the best social media caption for whatever you want to say by the PHOTO, video, etc copy paste and then you can post the caption on any type of media, modify your font however you’d like.

I'm beginning to think I have a different Canva Pro to everyone else! I rarely get any updates to work seamlessly. The Artlist app here, for example. Following your instructions got me nowhere. imo there are too many apps and updates too quickly. No point if it all gets too overwhelming for the user / doesn't function properly.
Artist is not an app, but a collection of video footage. Make sure you search for them in the video library under the “Elements” tab 🤓 We also left you a direct link to that collection in the video description, go find it 😉

When using it, you cannot rotate it, nor modify it in any ways.

You should get in touch with their support team. You can find out how via the “?” button at the bottom of the Canva interface.

I had fun using Dream Lab. I put a video in my AI generated room. Dream Lab gave me 4 choices to choose from. Loved it!🎉

I tried using image for reference and even went into Canva to ask and it is saying that dream lab doesn't support attaching images for a reference
