The guy that does these is already kind of known for lying about the true/false things for their content and stuff.

It's not that lie detectors are bad or don't work, it's just that they're not infallible and you can train yourself to skew the results. On an average, untrained person like Eric, it's pretty good.
I do know this guy from another video, a test like that is possibile but tricky to beat, it requires not only controling emotions, but also paying attension your hand doesnt sweat etc. To learns how to beat that you would have to have more free time then Eric, and train for a long time.
