    There is a huge difference between Rabat and Casablanca. Rabat is such a very clean very safe city and it has a lot of green space. I love the historical areas of Rabat that are very well taken care. Also Rabat has excellent infrastructure and super modern. Rabat has so many different diverse areas. It is really nice. Unfortunately, Casablanca is a dirty polluted concrete jungle with a lot of problems and very little green space. It is like day and night

    If someone wanted to travel to Rabat and would ask for advices. I could just ask him/her to watch yad ventures to know what to go and check out. By the way churches re all around Morocco in Casablanca are the big ones like Casablanca cathedral and another one called notre dame. In Mohammedia (city btw rabat casa)central park is a church. In Marrakech u can see mosque and church towers standing next to eachother. Tetouan has famous church in center. Even in Sahara are some churches. Synagogues as well are in many cities.

    I was wondering if you guys could cover potential investment projects in Morocco. In particular real estate, franchises, import/export, hospitality, etc. I'd say hospitality is my main target to invest in, preferably old buildings in the old part of the towns. I'd love to get your view on it as you've both been there for a while and could have a different perspective on it coming from the UK.

    • @YadVenturess

      We were thinking about a property in somewhere like Marrakech in the future, mainly because the amount of tourists it attracts so you could easily rent out the apartment on AirBnB and receive a decent income from it over time. Marrakech is certainly the spot for it!

    • @harrybarry5224
      @harrybarry5224 Місяць тому

      @@YadVenturess thanks for the tip! I think you guys also explored a few towns that look like prime spots for growth in tourism and development that may offer more affordable options to buy property? Although like you said, Marrakech is probably a safer bet.

    • @dacedaine822
      @dacedaine822 29 днів тому

      Hi Harry,
      As Yad mentioned, for real estate definitely Marrakech. It’s not affected by seasons, and it’s business as usual at all times.
      If you’re after a hospitality investment, we see a lot of foreign investors in this sector in Agadir / Thaghazout area (but here you have to take into consideration seasonality etc.).
      If you want somewhere very affordable, I know some people who have purchased old castle type of buildings in Fes and repurposed them.
      Somewhere like Chefchauen (Blue City) would also be good for hospitality investment (highly visited by tourists), and probably would be very affordable too.

    Moulay, or Mawlay can be translated as my lord, my leige, my leader. So Moulay Hassan can be translated to My lord Hassan referring here to the His Royal Majesty the 👑 Prince.
    And it can also be given to the descendents of the prophet (the sons of our Mother Fatima daughter of the prophet, and Ali the little cousin of the prophet). Ali's father and the prophet's father were brothers. So that gives you an idea on what Moulay means.
