I love it. I also like to see plants grow. I just got better at keeping plants alive!
Beautiful. Cant wait to see it all grow in. Much more inspiring than when people try to plant the finished version right away
Honestly the most fun i had preparing my 40 gallon community tank was researching the fish and aquascaping with my rocks plants and driftwood hehe
Love the jazz!
Thanks for noticing! 😊
Thanks for showing how you use glue to attach Anubias! 😎👍
Joanna, you are a true landscaper. Excellent!
Thanks, Tom! Stay warm!!
Finally had a chance to watch this scape. Looks wonderful. Thanks for sharing the process. Can't wait to see it mature.
Thanks so much for taking the time! I can’t wait as well 😊🌱🐠🌱
Since spiralis doesn't usually work for you guys, try crypt balansae next time! I have super hard water and high pH, so it melts pretty bad, but it grows back pretty tall.
Beautiful. Can't wait to see it as the plants grow in. ❤
Hi Lynn! Me too!!! 🌱🌱🌱
Ive been waiting for this video, lol. Its going to look sooooooo good in a few weeks!!
🌱🙌🌱
I was the 200th 👍🏼 Yeah, Baby! Yeah!!!
😂😂🙌x 200!
my new favorite plant is rotala wallichii . if you have not tried it I suggest it very much....HAPPY WEDNESDAY !
Really? Ooh - I will put it on the list to try! Happy Wednesday! 😊
Hi Joanna :) I really love how this tank is turning out. Quite stunning already. I like the plant choices and that red flint sand looks great with the rocks. (“Jason with hair”) 😆🤣
Aww thanks so happy to hear it! I can’t wait as well to see it mature AND get more fish. 🤗. Glad you caught my little joke! 😊🌱
That looks awesome. I look forward to seeing it mature.
Hi Darryl! Thanks - you and me both. Stocked with little fishies will be so fun to see!
Don't get frustrated? DON'T GET FRUSTRATED!?!?!? I was frustrated just WATCHING you plant the plants. I'd be tossing tanks around, flipping tables, and cursing at the gods if I tried that 🤣😆🤣
Now THAT I’d like to see!
@@thesmallscape 😆
I really enjoy the collaborative type of content and just letting the camera show us the things you're doing without a ton of compression/editing. Well done and thanks for the awesome vid!
Oh, I’m so happy to hear it! I appreciate you letting me know 😊
I absolutely love this style of scaping. I look forward to seeing this one settled in with lots of sweet little fish 😊
I agree, this style is so much fun. Can’t wait as well to see all the cutie inhabitants swimmin around! 🐠 🐠 🐠
I enjoyed Mr Prime Time's video and think its a beautiful tank! I wondered about the planting process so I'm glad you made this video! Question -- will you use root tabs for the crypts? Any other fertilizers?
Hello and thank you so much! Yes, we used a good number of root tabs and I completely forgot to include footage or mention of it. In addition to that I am using Easy Green for the Anubias since we’re being slow in adding the fish. 😊

💛😊💚
Well done! Looks great! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you! 😊
Great video. Quick question for someone new to live plants. Just added plants to my established tank. Do I need to add additional nutrients such as seachem flourish?
Very nice! What brand and color sand is that?
I know you don't want to participate J, but what time is it!? Jk..... Great lookin tank you guys❤
🤭😂 thanks a bunch, Craig!
I notice you always start with the hard scape then plants. Do you find this an easier method than putting the plants in first? I always had a hard time planting around the hard scape.
Yup! Always hardscape first - but with the plants in mind and how much room they will need. 😊
can i add a bull shark in a 125??
