Counting more than 100 singers, the Cologne Male Voice Choir (KMGV) is one of the largest and most voluminous choruses in Germany - perfectly suited to sing the grandest opera songs. In front of a sold-out hall, the KMGV did just that in its concert "Ganz große Oper" on September 24th, 2023.
The servants' chorus (written for female and male voices in a mixed choir by Donizetti) sets the tumultous activities of Don Pasquale's busy valets to music.
