This is one of their mostbpowerful songs to date, I heard it for the first time when it first came out and still get chills listening to it to this day. Thank you so much for opening up to our world!! Not many people actually open up to our world and appreciate it. All they ever do is judge us right away and don't even give it a chance.
And this song they were saying we’re not sorry if we choose you and it has reached me too although I no longer claim the label of Juggalo they still give me love to this day.
This song came out in 2002, and it still gives me chills every time I hear it. I don't see how it surprised or tricked anyone since ICP has said it's all about God since Carnival of Carnage if you read the fine print.
Pornog the Barbarian "the messages and hints were there all the most never picked up on 'em, we snuck em in subliminally with that wicked shit around 'em."
"We're not sorry if we tricked you..." Juggalos were either on board, they jumped ship with those words. Those lyrics gave me goosebumps, obviously, I was on board. I'm still an agnostic, but "Thy Unveiling" CHANGED MY LIFE!
I never used to believe in God, but after hearing this song, I still don't believe in god. But I respect whatever people want to believe. I never took ICP super seriously but they're still a guilty pleasure. I still listen now and then.
I actually started to listening to ICP and other juggalo artists when I was 6 and I've on the edge of my seat for every album and move they make if you want to actually follow the albums in order of the joker's cards is " the Carnival of Carnage, The Ringmaster, The Riddlebox, The Great Melinko(don't know if I spell that right), The Amazing Jekel Brothers, and The Wraith. (In order)
BFSB - there are 2 decks (2nd deck includes Bang! Pow! Boom!, The Mighty Death Pop, Missing Link: Lost & Missing Link: Found [in order]) Hatchetmaster 0627 - Milenko* all good tho, spelled incredibly weird Also the Wraith is spilt into 2 separate albums: Shangri-La and Hell's Pit (Heaven and Hell respectfully)
K.C. Kannibal thanks for the correction I can never get that spelled right and it's split into 2 albums I just figured it would pop up when you type in the Wraith because it does for me and I also know about the second deck but it's alot of albums for all at once you know
hatchetmaster 0627 you're fine, I had trouble with the spelling. And I brought up the 2 different versions is just so BFSB knows. I also brought up the 2nd deck because on a few other videos i ignored them and was getting hit with that "fam kid" card. Just trying to save you some trouble with those jugg's
Gustavo Pedroza this song is a million times better than miracles, idk i gwt the meaning but that song is so cringy. i like it when twiztid nd everybody else helps them with the lyrics cause ik for a fact they did on unveiling, nd thats why its not cringy as fuck nd its avtually devent n catchy
Gustavo Pedroza thats why i still think dark lotus is lyricslly way superior, bc its like a group effort. but since icp n twiztid has beef there prob wont be another dark lotus reunion for a long ass time or if ever
The reason that the song is so long is that it was used as the end of the concert. It gives ICP the ability to just go nuts with their Faygo and other things. The best way to think of it is the ending of a fireworks show.
Props to you for doing these reaction videos on ICP stuff , not many people do these in such a sweet and honest way . That being said , this song is one of the most misunderstood songs in their catalogue . One of my favorites ever tho . Keep doin your thing !
I started listening when the third Jokers card dropped back in like, 93 I think...I followed the Dark Carnival until November 5th, 2001 when this came out. I was at the release party and had literally waited my teen life for the 6th Jokers Card. I went home the next day and listened to the entire album beginning to end, alone in my room...when this was unveiled I had the most loving and peaceful feeling that I cried. I know a lot of Juggalos who "dropped their hatchets" to this, but I knew it was coming since Dark Lotus came out, and hinted even before. I'm glad you reacted to this, but it's hard to imagine waiting from 1990 to 2001 for the saga to end... it's a special thing, the Old Jokers Deck and ICP back in the day. I hate the beef, and I'm Twiztid all the way, but there was something magical with ICP and the Dark Carnival back in the day.
This track features samples from numerous songs that they released up till that point. It's defiently one of the most important tracks that ICP has ever released for the fact that it was a track that had been anticipated for an entire decade. whoop whoop
BestFriends Since Birth I know it's crazy. But to tell you the truth after the final jokers card dropped it showed who the true juggalos were. This October will be 15 years since I became a juggalo and I wouldn't change it for anything. It's been one of the most amazing journeys of my life, I have met so many awesome people through the music. The relationships you build are there forever, some are even closer to me than what my blood relatives are. Anything that you would like to know about juggalos or anything that has to do with us i will be more than happy to answer. You can reach me on IG: ehrman_17 or on FB: steve ehrman
BestFriends Since Birth you are very welcome!! I have always loved being able to share my knowledge about it with those who are willing to take the time out to listen. And thank you for opening up to this very misunderstood world 😁 lol
Mortar Bake when did I ever say I dropped the hatchet?!?! And yes I do have a mind of my own, always have. And how the hell am I a cop out for what was built for the fans??
Hi Lyric, great reaction as always. The one part in the song towards the end is "Inner City Posse got the dog beats, ICP we got the dog beats". A long time ago they were known as Inner City Posse.
The album cover is the WRAITH the hand in the upwards position resembles going to heaven "Shangri La" the 2nd part of this disc is called Hells Pit which contains the same image on the cover except the hand is pointed downwards which is sending you to hell "Hells Pit"
This album came out in 2002. Ive been a Juggalo for 20 years and this is one of their most special albums ever. I heard this track the day the album came out and I litterally cried when I heard it. Props to you for listening with an open mind
Back in the day people had to wait tell all 6 joker card were revealed Carnival Carnage, The ringmaster, the Riddle Box, the Great malenko, the amazing jeckel Brothers, and the Wrath of Shangri-La/the Wrath of Hell's Pit. The figure that you just seen the picture is called The Wraith and what he is is death. He doesn't care if you're going to heaven or hell he's only here to give you the death touch. When it becomes your time to die he will appear but at that moment it's up to you. Are you sure of your path on where you're going to heaven or hell the things you done on earth well decides your faith on where you go in your afterlife the Wraith is only here to take you to your after life. He's not to decide weird that's your going. what you've done is what causes your decision to heaven or hell and each Joker card is like that. The Ringmaster is your reflection every Wicked thing you've ever done in your life has come back now and is going to kick your little ass. The Ringmaster u have to defeat your ringmaster but if you lose you go to hell if you win you go to heaven and it's almost like that in every Joker card.
Thank you so much giving the music a chance it's so nice to see some one not familiar with the music and checking it out for the first time I still remember when the cd came out and how after all these years I still get goose bumps hearing it I've enjoyed seeing you experience are music for the first time woop woop!!!
For you, and those new to ICP, in this song they do a medley of other songs they did in the past starting with "juggla" from Carnival of Carnage...they even did a song from the inner city posse days, The Dogs Beats.
He’s saying “The Dog Beats”. ICP’s album as Inner City Posse before Insane Clown Posse. The ending is a big mash-up of lyrics from their various songs over the years. Very special to long time juggalos, especially considering the journey of getting to this album, the 6th joker’s card, took 10 years. I cried like a baby the first time I heard it. Lol. The nostalgia was overwhelming and as an atheist I connected more to that than the overall God message which I also already knew was coming from following them for so long. It was never too much of a secret if you paid attention to their music along the way. Of course I’m not dissing it for that reason. It just wasn’t a big surprise if you knew what they were all about. The Dark Carnival has always been an after-life allegory.
I like that song when i first listen to it welcome to THE DARK CARNIVAL me , my sister and my dad have been juggalos and juggaletts ever since we were born.
I haven't scrolled through all the comments to see if these were covered. All the different elements were actually verses from a song off each jokers card. The one exception being Dog Beats. That was their first album as Inner City Posse which was the gang they were in the 80's. They transformed into Insane Clown Posse. They got out of the gang life and began the Dark Carnival.
Dog beets was ICPs first real album. ICP originally stood for Inner City Posse .... Well full reliece any how. They made recordings before that but this was the big #1
This unveiling of their belief in a higher power actually drove a lot of fans away too. I take it for what it is: ICP expressing themselves openly. I may not have those beliefs since I'm atheist and I have my reasons, but the last thing I want from ICP is them being fake. They deserve much appreciation for being open.
when they say they not sorry if they tricked us they are talking about all the years before this song when thay sang horrorcore rap if u could not see the message allways in there music about God and Heaven then thay were not sorry if thay tricked you when they revealed it straight up- this song is EVERYTHING to my heart i just never have had words to express it 15 years later i still dont ! this song gives me hope and i trueley beleive in God and Shangri-La because of Insane Clown Posse and thay saved my Life
I listened to Great Milenko and The Amazing Jackel Bros, the songs Pass Me By and Nothing Left exposed this to me first time I heard it. The message was clear
the last half of the song was all lyrical samples of their previous songs through the yeas which is why you weren't sure what the next line was going to be
It's really difficult to enjoy that song without having much knowledge of the Joker Cards. At the end there were basically the hooks that were most popular throughout the six joker's cards.
"6 Jokers cards" is a reference to their 6 studio albums (In the following order) The Carnival of Carnage The Ringmaster The Riddlebox The Great Milenko (The one that got me hooked in 1997) The Amazing Jeckel Brothers (Jake and Jack Jeckel) The Wraith: Shangri-La and Hells Pit (a 2 Part Series) there is also a second set of Joker's cards that yet to have all risen The "Wicked Shit" is a reference to the wicked things in the world that they sing about and the messages are the hints about the wicked ways that one does and the consequences they endure. The Dark Carnival is the Carnival Spirit henceforth spirit of God metaphorically speaking (kinda like a "Trinity" thing) that dwells within us Juggalos The hatchet is a Metaphor for the Hatchet Man, not an actual "HATCHET" "Swing your hatchet and be proud, Painted faces in the crowd" is saying "don't be ashamed of who you are, stand out in the crowd, don't hide your Juggalo Pride, don't hide the hatchet (Meaning the Hatchet Man) weather it be a Hatchet Man tattoo a Hatchet Man or Hatchet Girl charm an ICP or TWiZTiD T Shirt etc. (The Clothing and Jewelry and accessories are called "HATCHET GEAR" ) and then there are other studio albums that are referred to as the sideshows like bizaar and bizzar which speaks of several things from holy and unholy entities and the spiritual battles Violent J does all the singing and also is the voice for Willy B Rags aka the ringmasters voice. ALSO Look up ZUG IZLAND He sings in thoze albums also Where that munchkin sounding thing that says "THANK YOU EVERYBODY" is Willy B Rags (Violent Jays Voice 9:12 It's actually not album clickbait its the actual album cover and the character of the album is called "The Wraith of Shangri-La" of simply The Wraith: Shangri-La. Which is a Sanskrit word that means “place of peace.” This is an ancient mythical paradise that predates Tibetan Buddhism. The name was first seen in the scriptures of Zhang Zhung in western Tibet. BUT this album is a 2 part series as aforementioned called The Wraith of: Hells Pit or just simply "The Wraith: Hells Pit" The Wraith: Shangri-La Released: November 5, 2002 Label: Psychopathic Records, D3 Entertainment Recorded: 2001-02 Producer: Mike Puwal The Wraith: Hell's Pit Released: August 31, 2004 Producer: ICP; Mike Puwal Recorded: 2003-04 Here's a official video of this song (The clarity is bad but when i first seen it it scared the BEJEEBUS out of me) Even though I been Juggalo since 1997 (The Great Milenko) this album (The Wraith: Shangri-La) led me to God Towards the end after the weird vibrating voice that you said you like weird things like that or what ever has references to their former albums like "Inner City Posse Got The Dog Beats, I.C.P We Got The Dog Beats" (A song AND Album Reference and things like "Suck My Nuts Bitch, Fuck you" and "Ringa Ding a Ringa Ding Ding" and "We all gonna die, But I'm not gonna fry, even though most never try I'm not gonna let this pass me by, NOOO" are all song lyric references from all the way back when they were Inner City Posse all the way through to The Amazing Jeckel Brothers' all of that is their way of paying homage to their past music history up until that moment and to God making it all possible And then there is the former Dark Lotus which is the ultra group with Insane Clown Posse, TWiZTiD, ABK (aka Anybody Killa) and Blaze Ya Dead Homie (I say Former because they split up and left @psychopathicrecords due to a time in their life where people just wanted change... a lot of shit went down in the process but they still family and hope the beef will eventually get squashed) Tales from the Lotus Pod Released: July 17, 2001 Label: Psychopathic Records "Tales from the Lotus Pod is the first album by American hip hop group Dark Lotus. Released on July 17, 2001, The album featured the only appearance of former member Marz, who was soon dismissed from the group and replaced by ABK in Tales from the Lotus Pod ~ Revisited. This was the first Insane Clown Posse/TWiZTiD related album to released after their label Psychopathic Records left Island Records." Black Rain Released: April 6, 2004 Label: Psychopathic Records The Opaque Brotherhood Released: April 15, 2008 Label: Psychopathic Records The Mud, Water, Air & Blood Released: July 29, 2014 Label: Psychopathic Records there is also a second set of Joker's cards that yet to have all risen. Ya all those lyrics near the end are the great songs during their career. And the guy at the end is the ring leader. Can u listen to Crydtal ball or under the moon? Icp has so many good stories you fall into the song...like a book.. Welcome to the world.. Happy Ur here and love Ur videos
Out in 2002, as to the symbolism of the artwork, the wraith is the bieng on the cover he is the evil half of the wraith with his hand up in a blocking gesture to keep you out of heaven of shangri-la that u see in the background, on the companion cd u see a wraith without horns holding his hand outstretched to lead you away from the fires of hells-pit. This cd with the blue clouds is the good light hearted cd done icp style the companion cd is one of the most dark and evil cds they ever made it shows flames on the cover
It's funny that you notice the wraith being evil and pulling you in, because the opposite album, hells pit, has a friendly version telling you to go away
Have loved watching you experience horrorcore over the past few weeks. As far as this song is concerned, all of those little clips are from songs from their previous albums. As far as this album was concerned "The Wraith: Shangrila" it was a two part Jokers Card (the other part was "The Wraith: Hell's Pit"). "...Shangrila" was much more upbeat and positive while, as you can image "... Hell's Pit" is a lot darker. The covers are very similar, with the Wraith being shown, except the background on Hell's Pit is fire. If you want the Hell's Pit's version of "Thy Unveiling" then you should react to "Real Underground Baby" ua-cam.com/video/xn3rs_pe1Tk/v-deo.html
The album cover is The Wraith of Shangri-La, if you look at his hand, his palm is facing upward towards Shangri-La...there is another half to this same figure, The Wraith of Hell's Pit which was the other half of this "album"/Jokers Card that came out a year or 2 later. This one came out in 2002. So 15 years ago...when they 1st started the saga of the Jokers Cards, they said after the 6th one, the world would end. The world has kinda gone to hell since the 6th dropped but they also said after the 6th, no more; there is now 3 in a new set of Jokers Cards with a 4th being announced this year, 20 years after the original 4th, the Great Milenko, was released. It's a intriguing mythology they've created. React to Murder Rap, We Belong, Thy Bridge & The Wraith - ICP from this same album as Thy Unveiling, The Wraith: Shangri-La.
Basically, the part where they are like were not sorry that we tricked you means that people thought they were evil. but the unveiling was showing they were not at all.
Been a Juggalo since the 90's Been an Atheist my whole life The Dark Carnival is whatever you personally feel it is... It's yours... Shangri-la is your happiness, whatever it may be.
The vibe to this song was mind blowing to everyone but them. If you go back in time to the 90s. So many "icp fans" said f*ck icp when this dropped. But if you know their albums are joker cards. In "the show must go on" from the 90s album Riddle box. "3 more cards and the skies will be falling" next album great malinko-hokus pokus. 4 cards down and 2 more still to drop. And when it does I'll pack up and hit the road. Cause I don't want to see your head explode. They saw what would happen 20 years before hand. Pass me by another great song to get that feeling of something better than just this.
inner city posse was icp before they was insane clown posse. Dog beats is a album they dropped while inner city posse. your reactions make this juggalo smile thank u for that FAM
ICP speaks of "the secret", law of attraction, and that its real - and this ties into god and a divine creation that we are part of. And I too know it is real. I learned about the secret before I knew that ICP knew about it. A lot of people are waking up to a much more amazing creation and that we are a deep amazing part of it. So God and Law of Attraction is real, and we are it all. The documentary The Secret really woke me up and I tried it and it works ! :)
woop woop i.c.p has brought me back to god when i was at the most darkest point of mylife. they are the most hate band in the world bring so much and unity love bring crips bloods and latin kings together as one how is evil not there truely for love and respect. thank for the luv girl to the fam. mcl love to. my god bless you on your path.
So the character that you see he is called The Wraith. When you die he is gonna take you to one of two places. Either Shangri-La(Heaven) or Hell’s Pit. The Wraith was the final Joker’s card of the original 6 jokers card albums. What you saw was final song from Shangri-La released in November 2002 and Hells Pit was released in Fall of 2004. One of the big differences is that The Wraith on Shangri-La cover has horns. That’s the evil Wraith taking you on a journey to Shanghai-La but at any time can pull you to Hell as seen on track 9 called Hell’s Forcast. The Wraith on Hells Pit cover doesn’t have horns and is the good version and is showing you why you don’t wanna end up in hell
I've had the calling since day one but didn't become a juggalo until before the release of the Riddle Box (long story of how it seemed that their music was calling out to me but I just ignored it and that's story is for an other day) but back then juggalos weren't called juggalos but let me get to the point I dig your reaction to this song it was awesome as a fan my reaction wasn't the same given the fact that I picked up on the hidden messages I listened to the lyrics got tha message that they where getting us juggalos for my mom didn't want me to listen to their music and I tried telling her that it's not like what you think it about finding god but she did want to hear it anyways much love respect to you for giving our world a try and be honest I'm crushing on you funny how a grown ass man can have a crush but anyways keep up the good work fam
Also, if you look at the hand of the Wraith, he's holding his hand out in Welcome...and if you look at the Album Cover for Hell's Pit, it's a hand reaching out to grab you.
now that you did this....please review "PASS ME BY" by ICP off the great milenko record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's one of the songs chanted at the end of this track and is pretty much within the same element and is an essential listen if you want to get the whole shebang!!!!!!!
I still get goosebumps and electricity from this song. woop woop
DV 16 WOOP WOOP
Every time, ninja.
Over and over again
How did you get an electrical shock?

2023 and still tear up 😅
This is one of their mostbpowerful songs to date, I heard it for the first time when it first came out and still get chills listening to it to this day. Thank you so much for opening up to our world!! Not many people actually open up to our world and appreciate it. All they ever do is judge us right away and don't even give it a chance.
steve ehrman Let’s Go All The Way is a very close second. Then Pass Me By. Very powerful songs.
Especially when you know the preceding jokers cards. This is that raising the flag on Everest moment.
Welcome, Lyric Kane to "The Dark Carnival!"
WHOOP WHOOP NINJA MCL and RESPECT for you!
"Dog beats" old OLD song. Check it out! 😁
this song helped give me faith in God for the first real time...I cried in school lil listening to the first time, bout 40 mins before I went home :)

Whoop Whoop I'm glad you found it then zack
And this song they were saying we’re not sorry if we choose you and it has reached me too although I no longer claim the label of Juggalo they still give me love to this day.
@@tygr4161 No they're saying we're not sorry if we tricked you
Thank you so much for your respectful reviews of our family's anthems, it means the world to us. MMFWCL Lyric!

Whoop Whoop in total agreement. Much love to you Bestfriends Since Birth. Means more than you will ever know.

Whoopwhoop mcl♡ this was the song that made me really know I had family ❤
THIS IS The GREATEST ALBUM to ever be released. They told a story for 10 years leading up to this album. This album was 10 years in the making!!
I choke up every single time I hear this song, I remember when I got this album and I actually cried thinking this was their last album.
I'm soo happy you actually did this!!!!
I'm not religious but I get goosebumps from this song & I'll always love ICP regardless of their religious beliefs
All those different sounding parts are from different songs throughout their career.
This is such an emotional song especially when you've listened to the jokers cards lead to this moment
The dark carnival is the world we live in. We have the choice to find God as we understand him.
Blaze ya dead homie: Juggalo Anthem
ABK: Gang Related
Each Joker card has a meaning represented.
Each card is a mirror they hold up to judge yourself by and show you who you really are
"In Yo Face" from ICP
Corey Thompson yessssssss all of them
i cry when i hear this song so much meaning and love in it MMFWCL WHOOP WHOOP
I get chills and tear up and even cry a lil everytime I hear this song. I love this song so much, this and Forever gets me all the time.
Echo side by icp and twiztid is a great story
*Dark Lotus
My friend
True that...
I think they meant that they weren't sorry if they tricked you BECAUSE they left enough clues for everyone to know by then 😅
"We're not sorry if we tricked you..." Juggalos were either on board, they jumped ship with those words. Those lyrics gave me goosebumps, obviously, I was on board. I'm still an agnostic, but "Thy Unveiling" CHANGED MY LIFE!
That songs ending is a compilation of songs from their first 6 main albums known as jokers cards.
No song has made me as emotional as this one!! I felt so understood.
I get goosebumps when i hear this song, i'll NEVER forget buying this c.d from Meijers and going in my friends basement bumping this!
Pow! Boom!, The Mighty Death Pop, Missing Link: Lost & Missing Link: Found [in order])
Hatchetmaster 0627 - Milenko* all good tho, spelled incredibly weird
Also the Wraith is spilt into 2 separate albums: Shangri-La and Hell's Pit (Heaven and Hell respectfully)
K.C. Kannibal it cool bro
My favorite song! JESUS IS LORD!
May all the juggalos find him!!!! ^_^
“HE’S OUT THERE!”
ICP Halloween on Military Street
I don't think there will be a movement with the same energy that the juggalos have again. Icp and juggalos a force to be reckoned. It's magical. 😭❤️
real underground baby!!! 💋✌
ICP- Miracles!!!
Gustavo Pedroza i love how everyone hates on that song and doesnt get it
William Drake i know. That song koo. I guess ppl cant see the miracles in the everyday things.
WutangBizkit I miss lotus :'(
The reason that the song is so long is that it was used as the end of the concert. It gives ICP the ability to just go nuts with their Faygo and other things. The best way to think of it is the ending of a fireworks show.
Is Josh your brother?
Were not Sorry if we Tricked you!
We Swing Our Hatchets And We're Proud!
Canna Corn painted faces in the crowd
i used to think it said if we changed you lol
Ring a ding a dingadingding people like to point and stare.
Carnival will carry on
Why does this song bring a tear to my eye...god I miss my fam
The Wraith was supposed to be ICP's last album but they continued to make music
I really like your optimism an open mind towards this that's awesome
This track features samples from numerous songs that they released up till that point. It's defiently one of the most important tracks that ICP has ever released for the fact that it was a track that had been anticipated for an entire decade. whoop whoop
So many juggalos "dropped the hatchet" after hearing this song. They felt like they were lied to all of those years leading up to this album
+steve ehrman Wow
BestFriends Since Birth I know it's crazy. But to tell you the truth after the final jokers card dropped it showed who the true juggalos were. This October will be 15 years since I became a juggalo and I wouldn't change it for anything. It's been one of the most amazing journeys of my life, I have met so many awesome people through the music. The relationships you build are there forever, some are even closer to me than what my blood relatives are. Anything that you would like to know about juggalos or anything that has to do with us i will be more than happy to answer. You can reach me on IG: ehrman_17 or on FB: steve ehrman
+steve ehrman Thank you 😊 I appreciate you extending that invitation. That's very kind of you and thank you for sharing your experience as a juggalo
Before they were insane clown posse they were called (INNER CITY POSSE)
Hi Lyric, great reaction as always. The one part in the song towards the end is "Inner City Posse got the dog beats, ICP we got the dog beats". A long time ago they were known as Inner City Posse.
We need more open minded people like you
Never stop what your doing, you're too great. There's always a like and recommend here.
Mad props to Mike e Clark! The mad scientist 😵 I love this song and seeing it live was amazing
1991-2004

ICP - Where's God?

In that order, one after another. It's how they were meant to be listened.

Man this took me back to when I first heard this song. I’m in tears Ninjas.. Whoop Whoop 🙌🏼 MCL
This song the Holy Grail, Ive been down since my late sister been jamming n that was n the 90z
Thank you so much giving the music a chance it's so nice to see some one not familiar with the music and checking it out for the first time I still remember when the cd came out and how after all these years I still get goose bumps hearing it I've enjoyed seeing you experience are music for the first time woop woop!!!
The art is the grim reaper
Still my absolute favorite icp song. I loved this video, new to your channel! :)
VIOLENT J - Night of the chainsaw
I like that song when i first listen to it welcome to THE DARK CARNIVAL me , my sister and my dad have been juggalos and juggaletts ever since we were born.
I haven't scrolled through all the comments to see if these were covered. All the different elements were actually verses from a song off each jokers card. The one exception being Dog Beats. That was their first album as Inner City Posse which was the gang they were in the 80's. They transformed into Insane Clown Posse. They got out of the gang life and began the Dark Carnival.
Someone needs to send her a Hatchetman and a bottle of faygo, properly welcome her :D
Dog beets was ICPs first real album. ICP originally stood for Inner City Posse .... Well full reliece any how. They made recordings before that but this was the big #1
I skipped school to get this album on release, took it home abd listened to it with headphones
much love from Australia Lyric ! love your show :)
Whoopwhoop ozi homie
ICP THE WORLD IS YOURS
"6 Jokers cards" is a reference to their 6 studio albums (In the following order)
The Carnival of Carnage
The Ringmaster
The Riddlebox
The Great Milenko (The one that got me hooked in 1997)
The Amazing Jeckel Brothers (Jake and Jack Jeckel)
The Wraith: Shangri-La and Hells Pit (a 2 Part Series)
there is also a second set of Joker's cards that yet to have all risen
The "Wicked Shit" is a reference to the wicked things in the world that they sing about and the messages are the hints about the wicked ways that one does and the consequences they endure.
The Dark Carnival is the Carnival Spirit henceforth spirit of God metaphorically speaking (kinda like a "Trinity" thing) that dwells within us Juggalos
The hatchet is a Metaphor for the Hatchet Man, not an actual "HATCHET" "Swing your hatchet and be proud, Painted faces in the crowd" is saying "don't be ashamed of who you are, stand out in the crowd, don't hide your Juggalo Pride, don't hide the hatchet (Meaning the Hatchet Man) weather it be a Hatchet Man tattoo a Hatchet Man or Hatchet Girl charm an ICP or TWiZTiD T Shirt etc. (The Clothing and Jewelry and accessories are called "HATCHET GEAR" )
and then there are other studio albums that are referred to as the sideshows like bizaar and bizzar which speaks of several things from holy and unholy entities and the spiritual battles
Violent J does all the singing and also is the voice for Willy B Rags aka the ringmasters voice. ALSO Look up ZUG IZLAND He sings in thoze albums also
Where that munchkin sounding thing that says "THANK YOU EVERYBODY" is Willy B Rags (Violent Jays Voice
9:12 It's actually not album clickbait its the actual album cover and the character of the album is called "The Wraith of Shangri-La" of simply The Wraith: Shangri-La. Which is a Sanskrit word that means “place of peace.” This is an ancient mythical paradise that predates Tibetan Buddhism. The name was first seen in the scriptures of Zhang Zhung in western Tibet.
BUT this album is a 2 part series as aforementioned called The Wraith of: Hells Pit or just simply "The Wraith: Hells Pit"
The Wraith: Shangri-La
Released: November 5, 2002
Label: Psychopathic Records, D3 Entertainment
Recorded: 2001-02
Producer: Mike Puwal
The Wraith: Hell's Pit
Released: August 31, 2004
Producer: ICP; Mike Puwal
Recorded: 2003-04
Here's a official video of this song (The clarity is bad but when i first seen it it scared the BEJEEBUS out of me) Even though I been Juggalo since 1997 (The Great Milenko) this album (The Wraith: Shangri-La) led me to God
Towards the end after the weird vibrating voice that you said you like weird things like that or what ever has references to their former albums like "Inner City Posse Got The Dog Beats, I.C.P We Got The Dog Beats" (A song AND Album Reference and things like "Suck My Nuts Bitch, Fuck you" and "Ringa Ding a Ringa Ding Ding" and "We all gonna die, But I'm not gonna fry, even though most never try I'm not gonna let this pass me by, NOOO" are all song lyric references from all the way back when they were Inner City Posse all the way through to The Amazing Jeckel Brothers' all of that is their way of paying homage to their past music history up until that moment and to God making it all possible
And then there is the former Dark Lotus which is the ultra group with Insane Clown Posse, TWiZTiD, ABK (aka Anybody Killa) and Blaze Ya Dead Homie
(I say Former because they split up and left @psychopathicrecords due to a time in their life where people just wanted change... a lot of shit went down in the process but they still family and hope the beef will eventually get squashed)
Tales from the Lotus Pod

Whoop Whoop!!! Juggalos will never die 🤘🏼😝
I love this song
the last part is a bunch of samples from old songs put together :)
That's why the hand is out he's trying to reach to you to pull you towards Shangri-La AKA heaven
Been a Juggalo since the 90's
Been an Atheist my whole life
The Dark Carnival is whatever you personally feel it is... It's yours... Shangri-la is your happiness, whatever it may be.
The red figure with the crow as you called it, is the Grim Reaper and the songs of this album is what comes after, Shangri La "Heaven" if you will.
Welcome to the Dark Carnival WHOOP!!!! WHOOP!!!.
If you like different sounds and elements on one track, check out their song called Real Underground.
Much Clown Love.
THEY SAID INNER CITY POSSE HAS GOT THE DOG BEATS, BEFORE THE CLOWN GIMMICK THEY WERE CALLED INNER CITY POSSE AND DOG BEATS WAS ONE OF THERE ALBUMS
Matt Barron it was an EP
LOVE ICP
Whoop whoop!!!
Been down with the clown sents 1993 it go every years gathering of th juggalo you got to got to for the real life of us
Whoop whoop FAM 4 Life 💯
glad you got it...
now that you did this....please review "PASS ME BY" by ICP off the great milenko record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's one of the songs chanted at the end of this track and is pretty much within the same element and is an essential listen if you want to get the whole shebang!!!!!!!
Shaggy 2 Dope has hand drawn ALL of the artwork for the jokers cards
Like I said. Shaggy drew all the jokers cards. Nerd.
