He is also the only Koopaling whose age order has been confirmed. It was previously claimed that Larry was the youngest, but this has been withdrawn as some of the games show him older than Lemmy and Morton.

They're besties. The twins are ALWAYS together, but Bully and Bigmouth hang together a lot too. Kootie Pie _is_ annoying, but I believe she and Bigmouth also hang out together, and one time her and Cheatsey accompany their King Dad in an adventure as well.
I always love seeing these early interpretations of the characters. Out of all the Koopalings, he's probably the furthest removed from his game counterpart because in the games, Kooky/Ludwig's defining trait is that he has an obsession with classical music and conducting, hence the name Ludwig, referencing Beethoven. DiC probably looked at his wild hairstyle and figured it meant he was supposed to be a mad scientist character. Really shows how you didn't have much to work with with the Koopalings back then.

@Ally Sanchez The Koopalings had different names in the cartoon since it came out before SMB3 was released outside of Japan, and Bowser Jr. didn't appear in this cartoon since it aired before he debuted in Super Mario Sunshine.
This version of Ludwig reminds me the Chucky Finister version of him if Chuckie Finister looks like him and was scared of him (Ludwig) the crudo out of his pants.
