The Shimano PD-EH500 is a combination bike pedal that comes with SPD cleats on one side and flats on the other. A perfect pedal for someone who needs or want to have the best of both worlds. This pedal with the combination of flats and spd clipless is well suited for a commuter bike or even for a Peloton indoor bike which may be utilized by multiple riders, including people without cleats!
The pedal is Shimano M324 , but provides a different shaped flat, with removable screws, for what I would consider a better ride!
The SPD side is a standard mountain bike clip, with adjustable tension so that you can control how easy it is to clip in and out of.

I am thinking of getting a pair of these awesome pedals, but i am a bit concerned about the strength of the spring. This will be my first clipless pedal, and i will mainly use it for urban riding, however i might try my self on rougher tarian, should i be concerned, or will they be okay for beginner mt biker on track?

These will do fine on single track trails as well. I use them on dirt trails on my urban bike which has more of mtb geometry, and they do fine. They will be very friendly for someone new to clueless pedals and they offer the best of both worlds. Hope that helps.

Can I use them for the road biking?
You can absolutely use them for road biking. I have been using them on a Norco Indie for the past month, and they have been great.

Put the pins on the key first..
You can do that, but just be careful as you can easily cross-thread.
