@@skadill much appreciated coming from Skadill. Alot more to come. Unfortunately it is costly and time consuming to convert the old film to digitail. So it's a slow process as I'm sure you know all about. There about 18 or more old film reels to go thru,, some right from Washington iron works and some more Trican stuff and a few misalanious vids. Thanks for watch ,, much appreciated. Not sure if many will see them but seemed a waste to let them rot away
@@wheelerequipment6617 There's room on my channel, with 100% name and credits to you,but i'm not asking.I wouldnt share that gold myself if asked, too rare.I did refer Daniel Boones logging videos to the Washington feller buncher video you posted,as he did a walk around last year of it at camp 18 logging museum,he liked the video you put up!
Thanks for watching,,,, films were donated by Mr. Tom Brown and Rob Dove. Tom Brown owned crabapple creek logging and later became a salesman for Letourneau in Vancouver. Tom to this day is a true believer in the Letourneau equipment.
That was my great grandfather landing the plan in the beginning. Ol grand pap sure had a thing for flying.
I love these old films.
More to come,,, stay tuned. We have a box of old film reels from Washington Iron Works.
Get them up on here!

I remember seeing some Letourneau equipment as a kid. Very strange compared to the regular stuff.
Wow I don’t think there are any other films of the LeT log transporter! Hard to even find pictures of it.
There a bunch we haven't converted. Tom Brown and Rob Dove donated a box of film reels. I call it the Holly Grail
I think Bob Wood's had a couple of the transporters on Sonora Island in the early 70's
@@ghostbear9775 I vaguely recall him telling me he cut them up after he went broke.
They might not have been designed to handle well in steep ground but boy howdy those things can pack a nice jag!
Osha wasn't even a dream back then lol
she still looked pretty shiny
