- Please subscribe for more! This has to be one of the most convenient ways to transport a motorcycle(up to 600lbs). No trailers, no vans, no pick up trucks etc. This Black Widow carrier is only $270 and I love it. We were able to load a Kawasaki Z900 2019 like nothing.

How did it hold up ? I have a z900 and I've been wanting one of these for almost a year now but all the bad reviews are scaring me out 😅 your opinion is gonna the deciding factor should i do it ?

I know a guy got ticket with that set up. Cop couldn't see license plate. Told him it's illegal and if he sees him again gonna yow him
I will just make a bracket for my license plate.
@MJTech . I wonder if DMV will give another plate to put on the moto carrier. I almost bought one but I didn't want to take chance. But it's nice to be able to take bike with yea. I just got a cbr 600 from guy that laid it down, and it scared him a little. So he sold it to me for 1k. It just needs a turn signal and right side fairings. Think I'm gonna spend the 700 and buy Rep-Sol fairings. Lol
Yeah. I many jurisdictions, the license plate needs to be visible. This setup would also typically require lighting on the extra equipment (brake, signal, hazards...)
What about the law on obscure license plate? That might be an issue.
Drill holes and put it on the carrier 😉.
