The mist temp is the same temp of the water. Add ice for cold mist in the hot weather.

As per the instructions on the fogger you must maintain 4 to 5 cm water level above the fogger. With this design that will be very hard to do and even if somehow done correctly will need to be refilled about every 5 minutes. This is a poorly thought out design. The correct way to make this type of fogger is not to mount the fogger head but have it on a float that will allow it to remain at the right level in the water as well as allowing more overall water in the tube to be used.
