Oh man it has been ROUGH the past few weeks! Had one good trip after this down at PINS... I'm used to going out once a week and it's been a month now. I'm drying out!
Dude it was such an awesome trip... funny that they were so non-existent on the other rigs and then all piled up on the one. Took us no time at all to limit out!
Great video. Mt wife is from Freeport and looking to move down there soon. I can't wait to get out on that salt. My landlocked self is doing all the research I can. So much to learn compared to here. But it'll be worth it.
Hey I really appreciate that sir and kudos to you for getting yourself a good coastal girl! Good luck getting to the water, I know that feeling well and I feel your pain. If you ever need someone to provide a backup excuse for a missed day at work so you can get some time on the water I'm here for you!
Which aisle is that?! I leave a lot of magnets in a lot of aisles. 😬😖 Seriously though yes, I did recently leave some magnets in some stores. And I will say that I worked retail in the past, I know that is against the store policy and I do offer my sincere apologies for the guerilla marketing. I assure you it was not my intention to offend anyone.
Doesn't really matter too much... they have a tendency of crumpling and biting through hooks but not line. The big problem with line-weight for sheepshead is that they like to bury themselves in the rocks or around structure so sometimes you have to horse them up out of there. Because of that I prefer 20-25 pound line.
I know, we've done them all. Done floaters too, caught a couple swords on a 30-hour run in 2,000 feet of water the very next trip. Not sure I'd call these "inshore," at least one was 20 miles out.
@@Settledownsally you know what i do agree with that... good fish is good fish! Afraid i gotta say this video did pay for itself there and that does play into the packaging. I won't apologize for that... but I do empathize. And i promise to be as genuine as I can be.
As much as I want to laugh and agree with this it really isn't the case... all these same guys were fishing before. Now they're just strapping GoPro's to their heads/chest and doing what they always did. It's a heavy spot, always has been.
@@StanleyOrchard I’ve fished the jetties every week for the past 15 years and I can say without a doubt UA-camrs have ruined it you can’t even fish the south jetty or packery without an absurd amount of people. Hopefully one day they’ll realize the damage they have done
Here we go!!!
We're doing this!!!
I'm not sure how I missed this Thrill Ride trip but youtube threw it up there for me to see. Fun trip. Nice cooler of fish. Some sweet shots. 👍🍻
Oh man.. I think this is probably the best video I ever made! Pretty proud of this one!
We were out at rigs “6” & “7”, among others, this past Sunday and couldn’t buy a bite. Well done fellas!

I don't know about all that but if you ever need soneone to scrub decks I am ALL ABOUT IT!!! Let's do it!!!
What size line do you use for sheephead?

Bro whos cat is that ??? Ill be your thrill ride girl
👊😎 that's my uncle Perry's boat
That’s not offshore, those are inshore rigs. About 70 miles further you’ll find 800ft of water

Nothing on bait or tackle
I am happy to answer any questions you have about that
Why does the obnoxious music always ruin everyone's videos?
Man... not sure what you are referring to specifically but im all ears. Whats the issue?
Jetty is a mess because of UA-camrs 🤷🏼♂️
