It feels so nostalgic coming back to this video. I used to watch it religiously when it came out. It feels weird how much I’ve changed. Although I have physically, emotionally, and mentally evolved away from my former self this video feels like one of the last remaining tethers to the person I was before. Not exactly gone but more like roots that cannot be seen yet strangely enough felt. Felt through the growing branches, sturdy trunk and the fair weather leaves that scatter the mind.

Your soft singing and humming always makes me fall asleep. I’ve never had anyone sing me lullabies, read me stories, cuddle me, rock me to sleep, or do anything to make me sleepy as a little kid. So it’s really nice to in a way finally get that comfort I never got as a kid. I guess that’s why I like asmr so much. Anyways, thanks for posting videos like these.
