  • All videos shot at Athenry, County Galway. Apart from vehicle No. 700 and the “Emerald Isle Explorer” all other videos are just
    regular service trains.
    We see No. 131 arriving and departing on Thursday afternoon 04/May/2023 on it’s way from Heuston Station to Galway.
    We see No. 131 again on Saturday morning 06/May/2023 arriving and departing while on it’s way from Galway to Killarney via
    Limerick.
    All videos shot on Tuesday 02 May, Wednesday 03 May, Thursday 04 May and Saturday 06 May 2023.
    Camera : Panasonic DC-G9, Lens : Olympus 12-40 mm. f2.8 Pro.
    All videos are in chronological order.

    excellent, i saw it on thursday at rosshill and ceannt, and for saturday, Rosshill and Athenry station. i saw myself in the video too!

      Yes, I agree. Diesels and electrics are not bad but they are dull in comparison to steam. I am old eough to have seen large busy stations in the 1960s almost completely worked by steam. Heaven! And you might see over ten classes of loco in the one day!
