I like Dwayne. And despite the fact he is still a criminal, I feel sorry for him. He was a good guy in a bad man's game. He actually wanted to be a police officer to help people, he would be the exact opposite of Tenpenny. He did his time as he should but when he gets out he has nobody, nor does he have anything and was constantly screwed over. Until Niko appeared to help him. Niko's canon decision in the game is to spare Dwayne and kill Playboy X.
