- Hiking two Colorado 14ers in one day. Grays and Torreys peaks are two 14ers that are relatively close to Denver which makes them very popular. If you plan to do this hike make sure to arrive early, and I would recommend having a high clearance vehicle for the last section of road. make sure you have the proper conditioning and gear before attempting any 14ers. If you visit this trail please make sure to leave it nicer than you found it, and be courteous to others.

Great video. You hit all of the key points that I was curious about. I’m heading out there this week, can’t wait to tackle both mountains.
Glad to help! I hope you have a great time.
Amazing trail friend, enchanting landscapes and views are truly spectacular.
Thank you! The trail was amazing.
Heading there next week. I really hope my rental car survives that road. Aiming to arrive by 4.
Getting there by 4 is a great idea just remember the drive up the road does take a little longer especially if you are behind someone that’s going slow.
@@the.guidebook thank you for the info! Can't wait!
Hey there friend, excellent video. I have a couple basic questions. What day of the week did you hike this? I'm wondering if parking is that crazy on a week day. Also, are there bathrooms (pit toilets) at the trailhead?
We hiked this on a Saturday so parking is probably much easier on a weekday and yes there are pit toilets at the trailhead.
@@the.guidebook Thank you!!
I see a bit of snow towards the summit. Which month is that?
We hiked it on July 23rd.
👍👍
That driveway is not fun
Yes it was very scary for me to drive on the road
How many time I almost went to the edge
The road is pretty rough for sure and it’s so narrow with cars parked along the one side when we were leaving.
