You made a mistake when you turned right at 15:50.. this is possibly a fail item because the cars ahead turning their right are blocking the view of the oncoming traffic so you can't see if it's actually safe to turn so by turning you risk colliding with oncoming traffic that is not visible to you before you turned. I recommend anyone seeing this comment to refer to Driving Test Guy NSW video #016 Traffic Lights part 3 right turn decision at 7:01 mark. This exact scenario was also amply covered in multiple ways in the Hazard perception test
At the left turn on to Victoria Road, WHY are you stopping after the pedestrian crossing, when it is a dedicated lane, and there are no line markings, or signs to require you to stop. The traffic is ONLY in the other two lanes. Around the bend is a zipper merge one block along and that is when you merge. There is no reason to stop and wait, because you have your own lane. You just hold up the flow of traffic and annoy everyone behind you. If you straightened out the lane, you're technically stopping in the street for no reason. The merge is further along, with ample time to see traffic you are merging with.
